We wen't through some of our saddest moments earlier this year when we found out about massive project being built very close to our land.. Just bought 1,400 sq. meters overlooking the sea in Dalaguete, Cebu. It was like a nightmare trying to find property that the owner could legally sell......meaning it can be legally titled to us. (my wife of course) Lesson #1: Hire a knowledgeable local attorney to check everything out . Lesson #2: Have it professionally surveyed.
What i like your vlog is more reality than fantacy...you set the reality and expectations to the next level..you inspired everyone not by talking and talking but also you put the works..we can see the future you have a direction what you want to be behind your words...you talk you works thats what i like you..so that all the viewers can see how you evolve your self with the good future. You might be making a mistake again. Seems the title is on several family members and the one member that owns your land does not have the title yet? Things can go wrong there. Like, are all the signatures of all family members there? Also, there can be a double sale. Then there is budget for a road. Well, it is just a budget. The money can easily go somewhere else.
Hmmm, municipal project makes the location less desireable. I'm calling landfill. My family's hometown in eastern Laguna province had an issue with a prospective landfill project. One mayoral candidate wanted to sell (or lease) unused land in the mountains above the town to a landfill company. Townsfolk said Wait, you want to put a landfill in the mountains above the town where our water flows from? That guy didn't win and there's no landfill up there.

Title to the land should be free of lien or encumbrances. There should be an access road that is wide enough to accommodate your current and or future wide body vehicle; utilities like electric, water, telecommunications; public market, healthcare facilities like hospitals, clinics, etc.
