In todays video, I show you how to prioritize self care in a realistic way, through using notion to make a self care plan, taking a relaxing bubble bath, doing a face mask and skincare, reading, doing manifestation journaling, making tea, listening to records, doing meditations, coloring, and watching a movie! Prioritizing hobbies and taking care of yourself is so so important so I hope this video can help encourage and motivate you to do the same 🤍

My favourite part is listening to good music to which I can “day dream” before going to bed, for example: genesis (idk who created that music, it’s just a song without text, it’s just “instrumental”) 😊
