Join us for a new series where we take turns reading the first line of a book the other has read and see if they can guess the title! We're calling this 'Bag of Books' and that is definitely a working title. 😂
Loved this so much, especially Brandon at the end saying, “you want to tell us what you were wearing when you read this”. 😂😂 Y’all’s videos are always so great and creative!
Oooh, this was fun! I'm pretty sure I would not do well at this game, but it's fun to watch. Next stake might be to try a random Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Bean--might be good, or not!
This was fun! How about a "Ravelry Roulette" type segment, with a library catalogue, Good Reads, Audible, or book shop. Something like that. Book Baccarat? Book Blackjack? Book Bingo? 😉
This was so fun! You're quickly becoming my new fave booktubers. But if I may add a suggestion - eat a hot sauce cracker after every wrong answer. 😅 just bc I'm chaotic and it would be like Hot Ones but with books! Lolol
That was fun! Looking forward to the next one. You were very generous with the hints! Hmm the stakes... I think the hot sauce made it interesting. But if you want to try something else, maybe it's not the same thing for both of you. Since Branden likes hot sauce, maybe only you would be the hot sauce eater, and maybe he should have to eat or drink or do something that he wouldn't normally?
You could run it like 20 questions and have a limit to how many questions can be asked. Like, you have 5 questions about the book, a chance to guess, then the book gets brought out. Points are determined by who asked the least amount of questions, and the winner is the one who got their book with as few questions as possible
this is a great game, but i think y'all should make it harder by reading a random part of the book that doesn't have any or all characters; and y'all must say the others full name or their first name. like bone by fae mynne ng. punishment i could reccomend is 2x buldak korean ramen.
@@joeyshouse3233 yes. However it’s the opposite. Loved the beginning. And the very end I was fuming at his character for being exactly who we all know he is. lol 😂

Oh I know! He cracks me up. 😂 Glad you enjoyed this Debbie! ❤️
Ohhhh! I love Shadow of the Wind. I love that you read that one. And Circe!!!
😁❤️
Lol, that was a lot of fun. Maybe the loser has to read a book picked by the winner? 😂
Omg. 😳 those are HIGH stakes. 😂😅
That was fun! 😂

Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the suggestion, we are definitely thinking in those terms for the next one as well. 😁
The Chabon book really did have a crazy long first sentence...lol Fun video!!
Right?! I mean come-on.
😂That was fun. And, Belated Happy Anniversary! I hope you enjoyed your special day.
Thanks! We certainly did!😁❤️
This was so much fun to watch during my morning knitting! Maybe the loser eats some cry baby candy. Great episode!
Thank you! ❤️ Love the suggestion!
This was a fun episode and I was laughing in the best way!
Yay! 😂
Such a fun video and such a fun couple!
Thanks!❤️
I loved this! Can’t wait till the next one!
Thanks. It was. Certainly gonna be doing another.😁
Awesome!
❤️
This was so much fun, thanks guys.
The loser has to do one of the winners household chores of choice.
😂 Well, we already do the household chores as a team, but there might be one or two the other doesn't want to do.
This was fun!

Book Baccarat?
Book Blackjack?
Book Bingo?
😉
Oooooo yes! Or even a ‘Goodreads Gamble’. 😉
@@GoodBooksLately yes!
That was fantastic! I would suggest eat a beanboozled after each wrong answer. 😂❤❤❤
Omg yes! Star you’re a genius!

Ah this makes our day. Thank you! And I LOVE your hot sauce suggestion. We like chaos and high stakes. ☺️☺️ ❤️❤️
@GoodBooksLately I can just see each person getting even more frustrated at getting it wrong bc they know what's coming. 😅
Excellent idea! More please❤️👍📚👏🤣🤣🤣
More to come! 😁
That was fun!
It really was!😁❤️
Oh this was so much fun to watch!!!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!❤️
So fun!
❤️
So much fun😅
Thanks! It really was fun! 😁
Happy anniversary! This was great fun.

So much fun to watch!
That was really fun! You to sure have fun together 🙂
Yes we do!❤️
Thanks guys. That was so much fun. I’m not sure I would have got any right (except Rebecca) 😂
Glad you enjoyed it! It is tricky, I (Branden) must say.
Loved this video. You two had me laughing.
So glad! We had a blast too. ❤️
This is my new favorite game!
I really enjoyed this. So much fun!
Glad you enjoyed it! We did too.😁❤️

Thanks. That sounds like a good plan for stakes. 😁
…..and maybe after each wrong answer not just at the end!
Can I ask where Brandon got his shirt! Love it!
My shirt was a gift from my mother-in-law. I think she got it on Amazon.
kav and clay... im surprised that first line didnt include the publisher and isbn.... 😂
😅😅
Guys, this was so fun!!
You guys are creative! Sorry I'll be messaging mainly at night your time because I live in asia. I'm a teacher
No worries. Glad you are enjoying our videos.❤️

I like it. Maybe for a future edition. Thanks. 👍
Great game-excellent idea. Where do you two get your unique and entertaining t-shirts?
Tayler's Is from TeePublic. It's a Rebecca themed shirt. Mine was a father's day gift from Tayler's mom.
Fun! Maybe limit the questions to 3 or 4?
That's probably a good idea.😁
Fun
Yeah it really was!😁
id be interested to see this done but with main characters names. lol!
Ooooo yes! Love that idea!
this is a great game, but i think y'all should make it harder by reading a random part of the book that doesn't have any or all characters; and y'all must say the others full name or their first name. like bone by fae mynne ng. punishment i could reccomend is 2x buldak korean ramen.
I like that idea. Something to keep in mind.
That was fun, here's some ideas. Wear clothes inside out for a day. Wear underpants on your head for a day.
This was a lot of fun, but it might be fun for you to read the first lines without showing us the covers first, so we can play along!
That certainly could be something we do. We will keep that in mind for the next one. Thanks for the suggestion.❤️
Winner gets to choose the restaurant/ food and movie/ entertainment for your next date night?
What a great idea, and then we could document for everyone! 👍❤️
circe: I loved it. but man that beginning was rough. I just could NOT STAND HER CHARACTER early on and her relationship with her family. ugh!
Same! It took me a couple tries to get past the beginning. Did you like Song of Achilles though?
@@joeyshouse3233 yes. However it’s the opposite. Loved the beginning. And the very end I was fuming at his character for being exactly who we all know he is. lol 😂
@@joeyshouse3233 did you see the new folio society edition of Achilles?! It’s Perdy

Love this ❤
