Let me break every step in details here!
“I used 1:1 resin crystal clear epoxy” my volume is different than y’all (please keep in mind)
1) Follow safety instructions for resin
2) For 1st layer you need total 260 grams, so it’s mean you need 130 grams Part “A” and 130 grams Part “B” mix well for 5mins
3) take 40 ml resin (for each mold) and mix White pearls pigment (mix throughly about 2 mins and keep aside until resin set for a bit)
4) pour your Pigment layer on one side and pour clear resin layer on other side (use heat gun to remove any bubbles and make sure there’s no dust)
5) you need Gold leaves (directly add it on resin and with the help of stick you can crushed it into pieces
6) place your Dried roes petals and push a bit in and don’t push hard (if you did it will release micro bubbles)
7) let it cure for exact 24 hours
8) mix half amount of resin 130 grams for each mold (like you need Part “A” 65 grams and apart “B” grams so it gives you 130 grams)
9) after mixing clear resin layer you need again heat gun to remove any bubbles
10) let the 2nd layer cure for 24 hour
11) after your 24 hours or 48 hours you can unmolding it and sand the sides with sand paper.

@@ammarakhalil1559 you can use electric scale or measuring cups. If you have 1:1 ration then mix equal amount if you have 2:1 ratio then mix 2 parts A and 1 part B.

Salam. Could you please guide me on how to avoid mixing of resin poured in rehal. I tried making this same design but white part got almost mixed with the transparent one

Yes, first pour the pigment part into mold then if you see resin is start spreading so take out the some resin and Wiped it. And then pour the transparent resin into the mold. “Mix 80ml resin with pigment and 95ml transparent resin”. You need 175ml resin for each mold for 1st layer, let it cure then mix 200ml resin for each mold, it going to be your top clear layer. You need almost 750ml resin to make complete set.

yes, ap na dono ko ek saath add kar ke mix karna hai 3-4 mins tak, and then let it aside for 2 mins, after it set, ap n last layer ko pour karna hai.

How to measure 2:1and 3:1 to make rehal plz tell me
Hello i never use 3:1 so I don’t know how to mix it but I do use 2:1 ratio, To achieve the correct 2:1 mix ratio by volume, simply measure out 2-parts resin to 1 part hardener before mixing the components. Example: Our total material requirement is approximately 8-10 ounces of mixed epoxy/hardener. In this case, we’ll use 6 ounces of epoxy and 3 ounces of hardener, measured by volume, for a total of 9 ounces of mixed material. If more is required to complete the job, mix up a batch of 1.5 (I hope you get it)…. 🙏
can i use hairdryer if i don't have heat-gun😅

You can use kitchen torch or Lighter, and yes you can use hairdryer but it won’t have to much heat/power to remove mini micro bubbles.
How can you keep it up? Mine is keep going down
Maybe you mix way too much resin! I used 1:1 resin it means my volume is different than yours, always read instructions for in your resin manual also every resin have different formulas for curing, some resin cure in 8 hours some cure 24 and Some 48 and so on…

As you know this stands are made with resin so it can change the shape, after using it you need to disassemble it and keep it a flat and put some weight on it so it will be back it’s original shape. That’s what i did and that’s what I recommend to my each clients.
@@almasarttreasuresshould we tell this to every client because I have tried putting multiple layers to make it hard and it hardens but it bend very fast and is not functional at all what should I do and customers never want bendy rehal

I personally don’t like it 2:1 or 3:1 ratio because I’m more familiar with 1:1 ratio, that’s why I don’t use it.

I measured my resin by volume, so it means I measured 65g Resin (Part A) and 65g Hardener (Part B) it will give you 130g.

I worked in layers, so first layer I used 130g resin (like 65 grams Part A and 65 grams apart B) mix well throughly about 3-4 mins (I’m talking about each mold) after 1st layer cured perfectly I mix again 130 grams for final coat.

It depends what kind of resin you use! For this project I use thick epoxy so issi wajha sa main n 520ml use kara but other projects ke liye main thin crystal clear resin use kar rhi hoon so Issi wajha sa main 750ml resin used hua!

Hello Sister,
As I told you, it can be happened because of temperature, Add too much pigments, or measuring issue. If you measure resin so make sure the volume is equal like if you use “ML” ratio so it need to be equal parts like 100 Ml resin with 100 Ml Hardener. Or if you use weighting scale so measure your resin by grams like 100g with 85g hardener. I hope it help you. Also keep your last project in warm nice place (if your house is cold) if not then put in nice room temperature, InshaAllah it will be cured in couple days.
