Hey, to anyone who is wondering why they keep getting that error message about version 4, all you need to do is add a parameter after you paste the url. So you do: /imagine:prompt:(paste url) (comma) (watercolors, anime, etc.)
every one always misses a step--- open in brower , then copy the link, then /image < image here> then use prompts i see alot of youtubers who forget to mention this very important step......get it together guys
Unsure what I'm doing wrong but whatever image I use, the link always starts with the word blob and that is what Midjourney is using as a prompt. Meaning the result is nothing like the uploaded image lol
One other note: after copying the URL of the .png image (or whatever image type), then add any bit of text afterwards like " = no", etc. Else, at least in my case if I did not do this the image would not process in Midjourney. Again, thanks for putting this video together!

Is it possible to upload picture and then use some promts like - make it look like from leage of legends or other discriptions? Or only upload image and AI does what ever it wants?
You can upload an image the way it describes and then when it is up, click on the image, right click and "Copy Link" start creating your prompt with "/imagine" and paste the link. Now I've uploaded one image and MJ does a terrible job translating it. It gets the general jist, but it doesn't really do anything useful as you might want. I think it's possible to use the right image to start, but a complex image might give you poor results. So prompts are probably better than uploading an image at the moment.
@@aisamsonreal is it possible to start with an image as a prompt as you describe but also include additional written prompts to evolve the image in a more predictable direction like say Dream Wombo allows you to? thanks

This only works if you are using Discord in a browser. I tried it from the Discord App and right click on the image showed nothing. For me at least, once you get type /imagine, hit return to get the prompt, the image goes away in midjouney in both Discord app and browser.
How do I get permission to upload an image to a server in MidJourney? This tutorial assumes permission. I'm stuck before that. I don't receive the Upload permission.
