0:26 immediately went and bought a needoh when you showed it a week or 2 ago and that thing goes everywhere with me. I LOVE it. Bought the dream drop for myself for Christmas lol
Hey Rachel for the product at 8:52 search up the branded version (tangle) they are so good and they have a lot of different types, textures etc tangles are usually pretty loose and easy to play with
Am not a fidget person, but the needoe ice cube is top teir! Keep one on my bedroom nightstand for nighttime anxiety. When friends and family come over they fight over it.
Ahhhh, thank you for this video! It is right on time for the holidays and really helped me narrow down which one to get as a gift. I wouldn’t mind a round 2 with some different fidgets as well! ( My family and I also LOVE the Nee Doh Ice Cube Squares!)
Try the on brand tangles!! They make tons of designs colors and they even have an adult sized one!! With all different textures too, plus they move way smoother
Not me having six of the items in a box on my desk 😂 FYI I have the pop ball that does not have a plug, it's always full. The plug would drive me nuts if it kept coming undone.
I've been seeing fidget magnets all over the place lately, the brand is Speks, I'm curious about them! One of my all time favorite fidgets has been the Fidget Cube, the original is by Antsy Labs. A couple of the bits make minimal noise but there's different bits to choose from, some are more quiet/silent!
My favourite is the tangle fidget toy. I like it 40 pieces long. It’s my favourite cause I can spit it on my finger. I can twist it on my finger and I love to hold two of the pieces and then twirl them in my fingers. It’s my absolute favorite. I have one at home and in my bag when I go out. And I also like just rolling it in my hands because when you have more pieces like 40 it makes it so much better.
Hi Rachel! I LOVE fidget things and one of my favorites is… hear me out… a sample of the purple mattress! Yes like the purple matress you sleep on. They make hand size sample and it is sooooo satisfying to squish! I recommend it so much!! And it’s 3$ on the purple website.
8:14 Knock-off brand tangles aren't nearly as good as the name brand. The name brand ones move SO smoothly. I'm a big fan. You can also loop it up into a spring/coil and then I love to separate the "rings" and smash them together to make a nice clacking noise. ❤
@@Becuzidowhatiwant it's Tangle. I went and bought some after the video, lol I had some as a kid and she unlocked a memory and now I need to fidget with them again.😅
I looooove the fidget slugs! I use a Loungefly backpack as my daily purse, so mine comes with me 😂 I also have a mini fidget slug I found at Five Below!! It was originally a keychain but I took the loop off and now he just vibes with me every day at work 😂
Rachel, being a neurodivergent queen! My sister asked me for my Christmas list, and I was only missing the bike chain (except for those specific Needohs but I have others), so easy gift to ask for!!
Thanks for this!! My kids love these and 4 of them were on their list and now I know which ones to buy amd which ones to pass on. 😊 Baileys advent calendar is on their list also!
I bought a few Shashibo cubes for people for Christmas. Some creations are really satisfying, but sometimes it takes ages to make a nice shape or you end up making the same shapes. Rachel should give one of those a try!
Man, when you pulled out the Tangle it unlocked a memory of a childhood toy I completely loved but forgot about until now! I did some googling and found out it was the same brand, but Happy Meal toys from the 90s, they were little alien creatures and they had little nubs to snap to Tangle pieces onto them. I just ordered some Tangles for nostalgias sake, and hopefully some satisfying fidgeting!
I love Nee Dohs! There’s like different levels of it. I haven’t tried them all though. I’ve definitely thought about getting the 8pack box that’s on TikTok. The regular NeeDoh is just so soft to squeeze
I have the needoh which is INCREDIBLE! And the rings-the only thing is they are tight so you have to be careful to not leave it on your finger. I’ve spaced out before and lost feeling in my finger for a bit lol
One I really like and is a go to for the size, sound and mindlessness is the infinity rings. It’s two keychain rings connected together with metal loop pieces and rubber type material going the opposite way around the metal loops. It’s very nearly silent. If you’re in a meeting, school, etc with other noise, it’s not detectable. All they do is just twist around the other, hence infinity, sort of like what you can do with a coin or two in your hand. The rubber piece is nice for a different texture and it can used one handed. I like the tangles, especially when I twist back to its original shape, I definitely understand the point made about twisting the same as a hair tie. The rings in the video here, in a different video they were described as a possible source for acupressure since it’s a bit spiky
Your chair made me think of blues clues and i only watched that when I was babysitting kids so its like the most random memory ever..... thank you for comin to my ted talk. and .... scene.
You can get on brand tangles which are a lot smoother and more practical also funner to play with same with the dna ball there are ones you can get with less air and feel so much nicer :)
Thank you for having an affiliate discount for the needoh cube because my girlfriend keeps breaking them when I buy them for her, so the discount is appreciated haha. I wish they didn’t break so easily
I got 4 of thos rings in my hair as a kid near my scalp and it took 7 hours to get them out and I had bald spots for 2 years so don’t put it in your hair and it’s mainly for massaging your fingers for rock climbers!😮
original fidget toy we fidget or stemmed with was for sure the Suspicious shake thing with water in it (water snake?) i feel like thats the OG for the 90/00 time
I bought fidget rings that look just like jewelry.. They come in a set of like 6 with different types of textures and abilities. Maybe try those in a video!
What is the feeling and stickiness of the outside of those NeeDohs like? Because I hate the stickiness of the DNA type balls, but am also weirded out by the soft/smooth rubber/silicon coating on the original NeeDoh balls. Have you ever tried the Fashion Fidgets, or the Fidgie Friends? I've bought a couple of Fashion Fidgets on clearance. They're not super great, but they are pretty quiet and give a couple of fidget options. And look like small dolls, for kids in that age group where little dolls/toys are socially acceptable but fidgets get weird looks.
Hacky sack was my fidget as a kid or repeatedly knotting a rubber band with one hand . Please try the star cube have you ever heard of a dapo star ? It seems simple but It's not I think you would enjoy it but it would frustrate you in a good way till your successful at it
i would like for you to try two different autism sensory stims one is self spinning were you start spinning in circles people on the autism spectrum do this for vestibular sensory input. the other autism sensory stim is hand flapping it is a repetitive movement stim those on the autism spectrum do to express their happiness and joy but it can be a self regulating stim to help autistic individuals process sensory stimuli from the world around them. i would like you to also try wearing noise reduction earmuffs autistic individual wear these because part of a autism diagnosis is noise sensitivity issues and earmuffs helps with this in a powerful way. the second sensory tool is a tactile sensory therapy brush one of these are used by occupational therapists who works with autistic kids the occupational therapist brushes the kids arms hands and palms as to help them work on their tactile sensory regulations and the way they process tactile touch
Not having watched yet, I'm assuming as the title suggests they're not going to just be spinners, there are many different fidget toys besides spinners. But if your brain needs something to fidget with, these aren't really a fad anyway, they're always nice to have!😊 Otherwise we're just going to be clicking pens and opening and closing our coffee cup lids etc. 😂 at least these are more fun and hopefully less annoying to other humans.
@@sarahjayneroe8859 my fidgets before having some of these were using my bank card as a manual spinner while waiting in line/paying at a store, clicking/twisting my pen (classic) and the snapping pen pocket clip, cup lid, flip/slide keyboard type phone. Folding my hoodie or drawstring pants string onto itself. These were just habits I had and now realized it was all connected
Is it just me or or does Rachel’s chair remind me of the thinking chair from blues clues 😊
I was just thinking that too
It does!!! 😂
Same!
Glad I'm not the only one
I thought that too!
0:26 immediately went and bought a needoh when you showed it a week or 2 ago and that thing goes everywhere with me. I LOVE it. Bought the dream drop for myself for Christmas lol
I loved the little bark when you made the fidget spinner noise at the beginning! 😂

I've been addicted to the infinity cubes!! So fun
The needoh dream drop is my absolute favorite! I just bought 5 to keep at my desk when I pop one haha

We need two rankings, satisfying/fidgetability and practicality
