Thumpback is my second favorite giant, after Hot Head. his Anchor move is amazing for a primary attack, his slide move is a good way to move quicker and to get a crowd of enemies, and his chomp attack is so good. I do agree the Anchor path is better since the bottom path the chomp upgrade becomes useless when you have the soul gem, but I still love him definitely one of my favorite skylanders
I love the "basically" series and i like thumpback a lot. Nice to see more basically stuff again and I'll glad to see more of that. While I have plenty of strong skylanders to suggest (like blast zone), why not take a weak one just to explain what is wrong with it while making fun of it?

It's really interesting how Thumpback used to work for Captain Frightbeard, the main villain of the 3DS version of Giants and the captain of Phantom Tide.
What's interesting about Thumpback's backstory is that the actually HAS seen the Phantom Tide again... Provided that you played the 3DS version of Giants and actually used Thumpback during it.
