I have been wearing the Lytmi earbuds on your recommendation for the past couple months and really enjoy them. Best for listening to vocal dialogue content, such as TH-cam and podcasts. Charge holds for many hours. I often forget they are on my ears, as you say. Great addition to my large collection of headphones, AirPods, and other audio equipment. Use them daily.
Hi Red, I tried buying the Metabo HPT cordless nailer on Amazon which it looked like your posting was saying, but the cheapest I found it was $148.00. I went to LOWES on line and that is where it is for $99.00.Just saying, if any of your readers are looking for it. Love The Den of Tools. Great job!
The craftsman 20v 18 gauge nailer has been on sale at lowes for $99 for a while now. I have it and I couldn't be happier with it. Just an FYI for anyone looking at cordless nailers.
I like that metabo table saw with the outfeed. It was available shortly after I bought my DeWalt 7491 RS. I would have preferred the metabo with that outfeed table. I look to see if it could be adapted, but I didn't see anyway. And that price is definitely a steal.
Recently got the Eufy vac/mop. Had to give the rugs a couple rounds with the standard vac but it's keeping up with my shedding dog now. And it's quiet enough to run in the next room while sleeping.
I own the Metabo HPT table saw. I think you could put larger diameter wheels on it if you wanted. You'd also have to add a spacer to the handle so it would still stand up when folded but again it wouldn't be that difficult. For every inch the diameter of the wheels was increased, you would need a half inch of added spacer.
The metric adjustable wrench 😂😂😂😂😮😊lead laughing so hard . Career in standup comedy in the future. Actually used it that line on my neighbor and he fell for it for a few minutes then gave me the finger laughing.
"Peak horsepower" is just a sales gimmick. It takes 756 watts to make ONE horsepower. Electric motors SURGE THREE TIMES their running amperage just to start, so companies take the SURGE wattage and call it "peak horsepower". Pretty deceptive if you ask me.....
My harbor freight is a joke. I went there Friday morning @7am (at opening) and they were out of EVERY Icon socket set. I was so pissed. This wasn’t at 4p on black Friday this was when they opened!
Lytmi is well worth it at $32. I bought at $39 and love. You barely feel them. Only downside is you might have to turn up the master volume in settings. Battery case charges USB-C.
We got the Metabo HPT 36V table saw which runs on batteries and AC adapter Its been a beast Same exact saw as the one on sale exvept its hybrid Costs a couple hundredore to get the hybrid option Its been a great saw
Glad you like your bed. I bought a great mattress two maybe three years ago for about 300 bucks at Sam’s I’m happy paying more doesn’t always get you better. Since everyone sleeps different I’ll stick with what I got.
Just bought the Husky 52" with the metal peg board and shelf for $498 at Home Depot with 10% off coupon and 12 mounts free interest. Did you miss this sale Bear?
I want the skil table saw, and the skil router table, but i dont have my tool shed built yet and i dont have space in my little trailor. Hopefully they will be those prices again or better after i get my shed/workshop. Also... i have TOOO many flashlights stop TEMPTING me wuth the high end... beutitul... flashlights! Dang... now I need more flashlights!
Noco jumpstarters are marked down for Cyber Monday by quite a bit. Very tempting but I have two jump starters already that do what I want. One Halo Bolt with AC outlet (stays at home) and a Top Don.
I have those walkers for shooting ear pro and that price is cheaper than I got it at the half price discount like 5+ years ago. Amazing set I'm buy another at that price. **Edit** that's without the blue tooth. You definately want to pay for the bluetooth. Nothing like playing fortunate son in the pistol bay! 360 audio is nice so you can hear directional sound too.
Glad to see ya, I heard you were ill or something! At any rate one thing that most do NOT know about it is that it WILL in fact take a dado blade, and it works very well :). UPDATE: The Skill table saw.
I'm from central California. It's hard going on vacation out of town 😫. Lot of far out there things I've seen in LA, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and basically anywhere out of town. It's sad, Red. We're overrun out here. God bless and happy holidays. Shine on brother
Ego is the Cadillac. But jealous of every other power tools and woodworking tool. So jealous an ego battery thought thermal runaway was a fun thing to do. Hence my shed with all my expensive tools burned to the ground. And $300 for a 5ah battery is a joke. But it was nice while it lasted. Haha.
Google: Whats a "good" tire inflator to have in the car that isnt stupid loud and can air up a decent sized tire in like 5 min?? Under $50 for Christmas.
All are loud, you're not getting quiet tech in a tiny, cheap 12V compressor. They will also heat up the air outlet fitting and hose due to the pulsating nature, if you run them for 5 minutes straight. Go easy on little lithium compressors, give them plenty of breaks to cool off both the compressor and the battery. They're for emergencies on the road, not for inflating a set of tires from scratch at home. In an emergency, take your time and go easy on the equipment that is going to save you. I recommend Uibi X6 or X7 combined jump starter and inflator. They bottomed out at $53 and $60 this week. The X7 as I type this is $100 minus $30 checkbox coupon and 10% ($10) brand promotion checkbox. So at $60 now, it's the lowest it's ever been, including on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Looks like if you get two (X6 and/or X7) you get an additional 5% off. Not sure if that would be $5 or $3. If applied the same way as the 10% promo, it would be $5. But I don't know, and either way is a total steal. I own the X7. It is 88.8Wh (24000 mAh) and has 160psi compressor. The X6 is 74Wh (20000 mAh) and has 150psi compressor. The X3 is 44.4Wh (12000 mAh) so I personally would not consider it. Note that you can carry up to a 99Wh one onto an airplane, so they all can travel with you. Not that the psi difference matters, the point is the X7 has a different/better compressor. So I bought it a while ago and thought it was a steal at $71 back then.
Did you see Tyler Tube testing Dreo space heaters that Dreo sent him?Even put them in a tote full of water (didn’t shut off, scary) and set them on fire. They were hard to kill.
Hiya, Mr. King: Hope you & your's are well & warm. Hey I need to know what are some decent DIYer taps & dies. Don't do it 'often' but every once in a while I need to tap or thread something. So you say what's good enough, OK? Have a GREAT day, Neighbor!! PS Hope you squash that bug!
The Bosch colt router is awful. The adjustment just will not stay. Far to easy to destroy a workpiece. It is also hard to adjust even somewhat precisely. Get something else. Dewalt cordless is way better, but I am sure many are...
Not a fan of the lytmi headphones. The bear convinced me to get a pair. I don't think they are comfortable when I'm inside. I live in the north and wearing a beanie with these kind of hurts. Lastly, the run time is nothing special.
You're right in terms of using a hat with them. They are not for wearing with anything that presses against the ears because their design that wraps around the ear will get painful with pressure applied. Much better to use in-ear audio devices instead. I wear glasses, and although the Lytmi earbuds work great most of the time for me, sometimes even glasses pressing on the wire that goes around the ear can get mildly painful. But most of the time, the comfort level is perfect and they are not noticeable, and I really like how they don't interfere with natural environment sounds because of their open nature. I have almost every headphone known to man, lol.
Glad you are back and feeling better! I always look forward to your videos to get the low down on tools etc. Happy holidays to you and your family!
I bought the Metabo HPT table saw back in 2020 at Lowe's for $299. At $379 it's a fantastic buy! The lowest price I've seen since then. Amazing saw.
Mr Heater is 99.97 at Tractor Supply if anyone interested.

They had the lil' Skil 4V at Menards for under 20$. I peeled back the black Friday price and it was a whole 12 or 18 cents off.

Nasty, nasty respiratory stuff going around. Glad you got through it and are back!

I just got an email (on Amazon) saying the Bosch sliding miter saw is on sale for $474. I think that is the lowest price I have ever seen or heard of.
Lowe’s has the 6 Gal Stealthsonic for $80.
I picked up the 9gal in Oct for $90. I love it.
I wanted that Metabo brad nailer but it sold out on black Friday and today.
We got the Metabo HPT 36V table saw which runs on batteries and AC adapter
Its been a beast
Same exact saw as the one on sale exvept its hybrid
Costs a couple hundredore to get the hybrid option
Its been a great saw
I have a wen planer which is the next one up the line with the spiral cutter head. Fantastic value and it produces a good finish.
To late though, Home Depot just raised the price back up to $698 without the metal peg board and shelf

Instead of the Ecoflow River 2 Pro for $350, I strongly recommend the Delta 2 for $400. $50 more, way more capable.

I'm near Menards.

Define "it". He showed probably at least a half dozen table saws.
