The Stellaron Hunter is just another group of Nameless.
Elio is a former Nameless on the Express, traveling with Akivili until Akivili's eventual fall. He didn't die and so his journey continue. That's what I think at least.
To add, Stellaron Hunters are simply doing all the Black Hat Stuff the Nameless cannot be caught doing cause it will ruin their reputation.
I think that they are related to Finality that may explain why Elio know every possibility.

In Xianzhou Blade said that he used to see the MC following Kafka around, and Kafka said that Elio brought the MC to her because they're supposed to be her destiny. In one of her anonymous message, Kafka also checks on the MC asking if they're doing fine as one of express crew now. Don't forget that Kafka also genuinely feels sad if you honestly tell her you hate her or if you lie about liking her, because Kafka is the real maternal figure to the MC
That's the reason why Stellaron Hunters were all so friendly towards The Trailblazer, because our MC were a part of them.

I don't think Sam is Sampo. As some leaks say, he's a robot like Screwllum(idc how to spell his name) and I have a proof that he is. In Silver Wolf's last story, it's says: "She heard footfalls coming from above her, getting closer, closer... One, two, three, four people. A man, a woman, a metal humanoid, and..." That's the moment when the Stellaron hunters came for her. The man's Blade, the woman's Kafka, and the metal humanoid is Sam. The other woman in Kafka's splash art is probably the fourth person(also the sixth Stellaron hunters' member) or some random npc. Or the fourth person can be Elio, that's why there's nothing said about his appearence. Sampo may be Aha and I won't be surprised if he is, but deffinetly not Sam. Silver Wolf also said while texting from Blade's phone that "Sam would help without her asking", which surely doesn't sound like Sampo

Blade barely uses his phone outside of work. He doesn't even bother locking his phone and let's the other Stellaron Hunters use it. This is the reason why his phone cover is just plain black or maybe it has no cover at all.

[Warning, super wall of text of a tangent of an over-explanation below of mostly HI3rd related lore. I don't blame anyone who hasn't got the patience to read all of this]
Acheron also knows far more than she should. She's the only character in this game that when Welt Yang introduced himself, that seemed to have a reaction like it's a name she knew from long ago. Keep in mind, Welt Yang, (not his real name btw, it's his adopted name he gained out of respect and honor the memory of Welt Joyce, and Welt Joyce gave our Welt, his Herrscher Core of the Herrscher of Reason, in his dying breath) he comes from the HI3rd reality, not Star Rail. He's the only character we've seen in Star Rail being confirmed to be from HI3rd and not Star Rail. Though Acheron looking very similar to Raiden Mei from HI3rd, her memory of having red horns like the Mei as Herrscher of Thunder, and having a story that has some familiarity to what story Welt told her (though Welt made an effort to leave out the details he's from another reality), means it's possible she IS Raiden Mei, but from an alternate universe, where perhaps Kiana died or was killed, leaving her to end a certain man's life, and that's why she treads the Path of Nihility, as without Kiana, Raiden Mei feels the world means very little to her, as like how Kallen was the single light in Otto's past when his family was cruel, Kiana was the single light in Raiden Mei's past, as when Raiden Mei was suffering so much, she tried to kill herself by jumping off the roof of a building, it was Kiana who refused to let her die, and saved her from the darkness in her past. Look up "Theater of Thunder" to know what made Raiden Mei suffer so much emotionally, that she tried to kill herself. I'd do a poor job explaining it, and she deserves a just explanation better than I could explain

And Raiden of Izumo weilded blade of Origin after everyone else had fallen and pretty much ended up mutually destroying the origin and end representaions in her world, thus creating "naught". At least that what seems to be described in izumo set and Achreon's backstory trailer.
Alternate characters do not necessary follow exact path as their other alternate versions. It might be similliar in some ways or completely different with not correlation at all maybe except some superficial moments. So Acheron might've as well just pushed through everything alone till the very end.
