You can still do what Goodridge did today, it's just that it's insanely difficult to get to a back crucifix position because almost all fighters know how to avoid those positions these days. You're ass might get cut immediately if you get caught like that these days.

You wanna see some Real Violence in MMA. Look up Rory Mcdonald vs Robbie Lawler 2. at the end of the 4th round theres a few seconds of just pure brutality where they dont even come into contact with each other, They just stare at each other with faces covered in blood and destruction.
