Nevermind the Thousand-yard Stare, I think Ehren just invented the Million-yard Stare. He looks like he's about to have a stroke, a heart attack, an anyerism, and an outer body experience all at once.
Look up Rocky the bear, he was a film and stunt bear his whole life. One day when filming on set he turned on an actor and mauled him to death completely unprovoked in a matter of about 5 seconds. The handler was powerless to stop the bear and so was the victim. The whole thing is on video. This stunt was crazy dangerous Ehren could have been killed so easily, the strength of a bear is unmatched they can tear faces clean off with a single swipe
This was a black bear, which is much less dangerous than the grizzly, which is Rocky is. That said, I would not want to be covered in bear food in front of a bear. Human isn't on their normal menu nor enemy list, but if presented with free and easy food, they're going to take it.
@ms.doomer5623 yeah but stuntmen usually know what stunts theyre doing. If ehren knew that there was gonna be a bear in this stunt, then itd be okay but he didnt.
Man Ehren did like 90% of the best stuff in this movie. In the movies he used to only get 1 maybe 2 really memorable scenes but he was definitely the best in this. Funny because he was never even ment to be in Jackass at all, I think like 25yrs ago Dave just said he had a friend who would do a few scenes when they needed people. Really paid off.
Among the many stunts the crew has done with animals. This was by far the single dumbest and the most dangerous of them all. Even more than when Steve O dangled himself above a pool of alligators with a piece of raw meat strapped to his pants. He honestly could've lost his hand in this. Even if the bear is used to being around humans it won't hesitate to eat it's favorite foods when its placed in front of it. That and this is not only in an enclosed space(the others were out in the open) but Ehren is strapped to a chair and can't get out and the door is shut. A SINGLE SECOND IS ALL IT WOULD TAKE FOR THAT BEAR TO MUNCH ON HIS HAND. I wasn't even laughing at this I was legit scared for him.
My memory is a bit funky, but wasn’t there a wild boys episode where Steve-O was in a lion costume in a tree surrounded by wild lions. One claimed up the tree and starting hugging and nipping at head Steve-O. Albeit the lions was nipping at the lion mask on Steve head.
There were bear handlers that came in within seconds of them feeling like the bear could become dangerous and took it away. The situation only appeared dangerous based on how they edited the scene. Yeah, Ehren was scared, but there was no chance he would have been seriously hurt.
@@charlesdeichman5115 question. if there were 6 trainers there, how would they keep the bear from mauling him if the bear decided to? I doubt this was completely safe. When dogs bite their owners and they are more trainable.
@@charlesdeichman5115 That is a wild beast. Even if it's raised by humans and trained. Handlers can see if the bear starts to get agitated but there's always a risk that animal does something unpredictable. Veterinarians can tell you that even normal household dog with no history of violence might show sudden aggression when getting treatment. Not to mention a black bear in enclosed space with a guy who is getting tased. Imagine a freak accident of Ehren getting tased and bear being a tad too close at that exact moment. Bear would not be amused.
Ngl i understood the humor in this but I saw that Ehren started to have anxiety shivers near the end, turning my laughter instantly into genuine fear and horror. Props to Ehren for that and hopefully he doesn't have to do such a stunt ever again
I've been a fan of these guys since the 90s. After Dunn passed, I didn't really look at them the same anymore seeing how it was a DUI. But This, this made me turn away from them for good. He's not just nervous, or scared. He's literally terrified with that mental fear. The kind thats going to mentally scar him for life. Idk how no one thought this was too much.
That bear was most likely raised in captivity and most likely very docile compared to a wild bear. It's still a very risky stunt but manageable on some level.
Danger Ehren always did some of my favorite stunts (from the films). The Yellow Snowcone, the Mouse Traps, Pin the Tail on the Donkey, the Lamborghini Tooth pull, and of course the prank on him with the taxi.
true but its all about mitigating risk and idk about you but i seen some stunts on jackass that are WAY more dangerous than having a black bear ( that is the least aggressive and timid bear) ,which was most likely raised in captivity around humans for a long time, eat some food off a dude while the handler is 3 feet away.
@@FriedRicePlease It's like theres supposedly 40 bear attacks in the world of 8 billion people per year. I think they are usually mild and they just want food but not really humans unless if its a mother and cub. The most dangerous stunt imo are the bulls because damn that's like a horse kicking you plus they actually want to kill you and could just pierce with horns or paralyze someone neck down
Even a well trained bear is still a bear. Leaving him alone in the room and shocking him with the bear so close was honestly messed up. If he tensed from the shock in the wrong way the bear could've freaked out. I would've been pissed if I was him. Unlike 99% of the stunts they do this was truly life threatening. One swipe from that bear and it's game over.

The look of fear on his face
That was the look of Death bro.
You can genuinely feel PTSD at the end of this. Ehren is my hero.
He’ll never eat salmon again
Look up Rocky the bear, he was a film and stunt bear his whole life.
One day when filming on set he turned on an actor and mauled him to death completely unprovoked in a matter of about 5 seconds. The handler was powerless to stop the bear and so was the victim. The whole thing is on video. This stunt was crazy dangerous Ehren could have been killed so easily, the strength of a bear is unmatched they can tear faces clean off with a single swipe
That's why these people call themselves stuntmen they are
This was a black bear, which is much less dangerous than the grizzly, which is Rocky is. That said, I would not want to be covered in bear food in front of a bear. Human isn't on their normal menu nor enemy list, but if presented with free and easy food, they're going to take it.
Shud up poossee
@ms.doomer5623 yeah but stuntmen usually know what stunts theyre doing. If ehren knew that there was gonna be a bear in this stunt, then itd be okay but he didnt.
My respect for Danger Ehren literally can't be any higher after Jackass 4.
One of the first moments in Jackass where you think the dude might actually die.
I mean releasing an unchained bear into a room with a guy with honey on him is beyond nuts
Let’s just say he’s lucky to be alive… that bear was nicer than Winnie the Pooh.
well of course Winnie the Pooh runs a country called CHINA!
You can see the “is this what kills me” look in his eyes lmao
Give that man a raise. No seriously give him one he deserves it.
"Is it actually over?"
Not if you continue to hang out with these guys, it's not. It's never over.
1:09
You can clearly see the fear in his eyes and him thinking he might actually die here.
The fear in his eyes 😂😂😂
"Is it actually over???"
This ain't his first rodeo 😆
And the "So many books...So little time" on his shirt 🤣
Right
1:08
The look of absolute abject fear on his face when the bear walks in so so priceless.
There is no line. Best prank ever. I still come back to it 😂
Among the many stunts the crew has done with animals.
@@Kopaka808 HE DID WHAT?! see there's people that are stupid. And then there's Steve O
"Dont make any sudden movements" pure super villain
This was easily the most dangerous stunt Jackass ever did, but props to this guy he has balls of steel for not screaming or anything
Literally lol
Johnny would've definitely owed me 5 minutes after that stunt lol
“Ooooh myyyy god” the look on his face was priceless
Who needs enemies if you have friends like these
Ngl i understood the humor in this but I saw that Ehren started to have anxiety shivers near the end, turning my laughter instantly into genuine fear and horror. Props to Ehren for that and hopefully he doesn't have to do such a stunt ever again
Fair play to him that could have gone so bad so quick
I've been a fan of these guys since the 90s. After Dunn passed, I didn't really look at them the same anymore seeing how it was a DUI.
But This, this made me turn away from them for good. He's not just nervous, or scared. He's literally terrified with that mental fear. The kind thats going to mentally scar him for life. Idk how no one thought this was too much.
That bear was most likely raised in captivity and most likely very docile compared to a wild bear. It's still a very risky stunt but manageable on some level.
2:38 bear is like "Hey dad, what's up?"
This might be the single most extreme stunt they've done
Fixed to a chair, a bear sniffing on you, AND electric shocks. A little overkill 😅
This is one of the best "it's just a prank bro" pranks of all time
Perhaps the most genuinely shocked "oh my god" I've ever heard, and it absolutely kills me every time😂. Danger Ehren is a treasure.
That look at 1:11 is Ehren’s life flashing before his eyes.
2:03 my favorite Knoxville line out of the entire movie 😂😆
2:33 And then the bear tries to do it.
That "Oh my god." is so genuine it sounds like acting.
The genuine terror and fear in his eyes is incredible and speaks volumes
That was dangerous. They got lucky
This is insane, I don't care how tame that bear was if instinct told him to, he could have ripped the guy apart no matter what the trainers did.
Danger Ehren always did some of my favorite stunts (from the films). The Yellow Snowcone, the Mouse Traps, Pin the Tail on the Donkey, the Lamborghini Tooth pull, and of course the prank on him with the taxi.
I don’t think they understood how easily the bear could have opened his gut up with those claws without really trying or meaning to
true but its all about mitigating risk and idk about you but i seen some stunts on jackass that are WAY more dangerous than having a black bear ( that is the least aggressive and timid bear) ,which was most likely raised in captivity around humans for a long time, eat some food off a dude while the handler is 3 feet away.
Never have I seen such a look of pure shock and horror on a mans' face.
Ehren does not get the credit he deserves. Ever since the blindfolded skateboarding from the first jackass season, when he dropped that vert ramp and slammed face first. Such a legend
For real dude and that one was wayyyy to far he didnt know that was stunt they tied him down it was too late ive left it in the comments and I'll say it again.... i would of knocked knoville out for that if i was ehren 😤
The genuine look of fear and quiet “…….oh my god……” gets me every time 😂😂😂😂
He was straight up thinking "This is it...." I dont blame him. X'D
His reaction made this skit 😂
2:09 🤣🤣🤣🤣
1:55 “THE NUMBERS ARON, WHAT DO THEY MEAN!!” 😂ykyk
Lmao how am I the only one that got it
@ because you a real niqqa
This is why he's my fav, best jackass member, and no one can take that away from him.
I guess there were more than one take since the salmon magically reappeared on his stomach at 1:50 😆
I think it's one take, but the order is changed. Like how in reality the trainer rushed in right when the bear went for the hand, but that's now how the film showed it.
Cant get over Ehren shirt
So many books so little time 🤣🤣🤣
He was so afraid that even the honey in his eyes he just ignored
That was so freaking unsafe lol black bears are one of the most aggressive breads
Yeah pretty crazy.
Unlike brown bears they actively hunt humans.
This is bizarrely fake feeling. I can't believe I just said that.
Lol that whole thing could have gone SO wrong
Ehren McGhehey's got serious balls handling this, even frightened out of his mind while restrained in a chair (I don't blame him). Used to hunt when I was younger and bears, just like moose and boar (when they get real big) are one of the few animals out there you don't f*** around with.
Ehren was truly the star of this whole movie
the fact that he doesn't try to **** them after being released surprised me. if someone did that to me, I'd be out for bl00d
The way the bear was putting it's paw on the belt was like "hey you got a little something"
