- I am a Metis Home Ec teacher in Winnipeg Canada, and have been teaching young people from 12-18 (and a few adults!) how to do traditional beadwork and make moccasins for years. By the end of this video you'll be able to complete a medallion shape and get all the basics of beading. This video is part of a tutorial series for beginners, providing step-by-step instructions on how to make moccasins View the full series here:

Let's learn how to make some moccasins!
Thank you for an excellent tutorial! As a visual learner I found your whiteboard invaluable. I appreciate your sharing your knowledge!
That's really good to know! Glad it was helpful!
This method works great on 6mm cabochons, too. Thank you ☀️
Fabulous. Glad to hear it. Happy beading.
This is great! Thanks so much. Just started beading and I always wondered how this was done.
Wonderful! I hope it all goes smoothly!

Thank you, I 've been doing it wrong now I know..
Aw. Glad I could help!
Thank you for the tutorial. So please how do you remove the paper after you finished beading?
If you really want to remove it, you can use tweezers. Often people do not remove the paper, though.
@@chamberscourses7638 thank you

Definitely way more time editing than anything else! Thanks for the kind words.
