Yep. Practiced for 2 weeks for a 1 hour retirement ceremony for a 3 star General in the Marine Corps. I can't imagine the amount of practice it took to get his ceremony correct.
As an Air force veteran, non-veterans will never understand that synchronized marching like this, sucks. The majority of troops don't want to do it and there is not enough "honor guards" in the US to do a military parade like this. Besides that, military parades are a waste of time and resources..
Never be used in actuality but they have served their purpose. Imagine if you are surrounded by stronger military capable countries and in order for you to survive and be invaded is to keep up the pace in military capabilities aswell. Through out history the weaker neighbors are always invaded by stronger neighbors.

Even in their own propaganda, they usually show lifeless computers, televisions, etc in classrooms & situations where people are supposed to be actively using them. A person needs the intelligence of a 6 year old to find this out - try harder.
I'm sure he has more plans than being friends with South Korea. Remember South and North Korea are originally one single country that got divided and subsequently separated in governance due to the Korean war. Also their people will demand taking back South Korea in the future since they've already believe they are stronger militarily compared to their neighbor or even other countries. Only 8 independent countries have nuclear weapons and North Korea is among that.
Actually there's a Documentary about Kim and in that documentary it's shown an interview with one of his friends he said Kim invite them to Pyongyang they're playing Basketball with Kim, He said that Kim very happy to meet them.
