The vinegar they're refering to is not made at home there's no recipe. We buy it from any store selling Parsi ingredients. The popular brand is Kolah's vinegar. If you like in Mumbai any shop selling Parsi ingredients has it or then Moti Masalawala in Grant Road will def have it.
