    I’ve enjoyed this recipe for the last two days. It’s so tasty. I added some chilli chutney on the side from Dishoom the Parsi restaurant in London but it would have been excellent on its own. I’m so pleased I’ve discovered your channel. Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧.

      Thank you so much ! I don't have Paya but I do have some mutton recipes. There's a mutton sukka recipe, Parsi mutton dhansak and some mutton kheema based recipes on the channel. Just go to the video section and you'll find all of them. Will hopefully try and do a mutton pulao or Paya soon 😊

    You cooked the 1st side of 3-4 mins on a low flame right? When you cover it and cool?

      Yes a low flame works best cos you don't want to burnt it too quickly. I cover and cook it and then when I flip it over it doesn't need to be covered again it's ok if you don't. It takes a little patience just keep cooking till you achieve the texture you want

    How is different from any street side omelette in north and eastern India??? This is not the Parsi omelette that I ate at my friends house many years ago.
