The canned air helps more when you go hiking in high elevation where the air is thin. I've used it hiking in Colorado and it helped a lot.
For the oxygen, you're meant to inhale it and hold it in for a few seconds. That will allow the 95% oxygen to absorb in the lungs. And for the Japanese bread, those aren't chocolate chips. They are little pieces of Godzilla.
I think it's intended for best use when at high altitudes.
I bought a small can as a joke once, then decided to try it on a hike...
I practices controlled breathing anyway, and I definitely think it is meant to have been held in for as long as you can, comfortably. Or at least 5 seconds, perhaps?

The way that can opens with the key, is the way they make the cans of _Luncheon Meat_ I buy once in a while for making sandwiches. I love it, seeing this survival kit from the 50s that opens that way. I didn't know about this being a thing so long ago. I've seen plenty of what was in the 50s & 60s but this one is new to me.
I love his videos. In this one he had his wife in the video reviewing the unique bread in a can from Japan. That was really cool.

That stove in a can is pretty neat. I especially like the fuel discs, it would be very easy to DIY them with sawdust and wax (beeswax or paraffin)

I remember when sardine cans came with that type of can opener key. They were much easier to open - didn't break like the rings on modern cans do.

Water in plastic bottles only lasts two years or so, even stored in a basement. I know because I stockpiled Costco bottled water and after sitting in my basement at a constant 65-67 degrees, the water took on a heavy plastic taste. I make sure to rotate the stock to avoid this again.
