Singer is Kathleen Lane, the sampling is from the 1937 studio recording. Honestly, if you play Kathy Lane's part of the song at 1.25 speed, it's pretty much identical to this.
It's "Drop a little, beat it, out make it fit" instead of "truck a little bit..."

This is a brilliant remix of a classic swing number. But credit ought to be given to the original artists--legendary swing master Glenn Miller and his orchestra, and vocalist Kathleen Lane. The song was originally called "Doin' The Jive" and it rocks in its own right.

The mechanical drawings are steampunk, but the entire video is characteristic of and goes hand in hand with electro-swing music.
I have to say, cross-hatching surrealism is another thing you can search up if you like the sketchy look.
i almost wanna say that the 'machine-human' stuff looks like something HR Giger might do, but Giger's stuff is more of a synthetic fusion of the two while the stuff in this is more defined.

one website thingy everyperson in the military or anybody intrested in the military possible recruits to... we can have phots and updates of of what military officers are doing... where they go and what they do in america or the unitedstates in there normal clothes, kinda like celerebities, we can see it all it... i mean it what you strive for or dream for if your joining the military, you want to know what the life looks like when your topnotch or working the way through the ranks flight or surgeon thingy where your admiral your at, all the way up.. people should be able to follow it.... see what its like.. there in charge of millions of people, we shoud have camereas photos and magazine we can buy or "WEBSITES, that advertisements with photos of them, and the thngs they where or homes they buy, they are the highest you can go in the military in parts, so to speak

It was first released as a 78 single in early 1938 on Brunswick Records as 8063. It was also released on Vocalion and on Conqueror Records as a 78 single but did not chart. It was re-issued as a 78 single in the 1950s on the UK label Polygon Records. The lead vocals are by Kathleen Lane. Glenn Miller and Jerry Jerome can also be heard in the bridge section of the song in a spoken dialogue. The solos are by Jerry Jerome on tenor sax and Irving Fazola on clarinet. Belgian bandleader Eddie Tower released an instrumental version of the song in 1941 on the German Telefunken label as "Doing the Jive".

At 0.24, the loop sounds missed. We can hear the first Sax's note (or Clarinet, not sure). A quick editing should easily solve this ;-)

Well, you weren't over here at my house. There was plenty.
I listened again, there are three refrains with 16 bars each of vigorous clapping, at 0:50, 1:31 and 2:28. So, about 192 handclaps.
I could not distinguish the sounds of deck-stomping of feet, which doesn't mean it's not there, i just can't hear as well as i could once. --Even so, since the Parov Stelar Band uses both electronic beats, AND a real drummer and musicians (and is, I read, a hell of a live show,) It is no stretch to call operating the bass kick, hi-hat and other foot percussion "stomping your feet."
