This beast is insane on tarmac. To much power less grip in corners. But will probably do better in dunes. The chance of damage is therefore less. During their first run, almost everyone often chooses a parking space to drive for a while and immediately get the first scratches with a body roll. At least I make that mistake myself. Yes it is Kinda funny in a way for the reluctance of getting it muddy , we end up getting it scuffed on tarmac. Everytime . 😜. It is Surprisingly quick for having a 12t pinion . I wanted to Make some changes to it but its a bit of a pain in the arse to get to the front diff. . Thanks for the comment bro. 👍
Very nice new truck Mark. I really rate these buggies, especially for the price of them. Mine has been brilliant and pretty dam strong too. I think mine does about 55mph if I remember correctly
We’ll see 🫠, it’s got a 12t pinion which quite low , I may wake the punch up I like a bit more oomph but it’s driving well still it seems quite solid , problem with laser nut is they used the db pro components which are 2-3s Lazernut is 4s so there’s strain on the drivetrain before you start bashing hard .
@@mark-1rc502 it’s originally an FS Racing Atom, FTX are just middle men they don’t actually manufacture anything they just get the factory to stick their name on and then flog them to us ….. still the DR8 is a tank just needs the rear suspension arm holder upgraded to alloy if ya start jumping it 👍
