In this video we show you how to spray clean armor 700 and 710 with a Fuji min-mite 5 platinum.
Wood prep - start with material sanded to at least 150grit
You’ll need 320grit for between the first and second coat
Go for a third coat if you are new (like me)
Once dialed in, this is the best finish for production. Faster, stronger, cleaner.
- Dial the air hose back about 30%
- Dial the material feed back at least 50%
Good luck
Great product, I love it but....what school these days is ordering hand-built wooden desks and chairs instead of plastic junk from China? That's the part that blew me away!
The finish is nice too.
Don’t tell anyone but I’m about to change school furniture around the country
Are you cutting the Clean Armor with Mineral Spirits for spraying?? I have been wiping on, but want to spray.
Can this be used on boats.
Great job
why would you sand in the same place you are spraying?
That’s all my space 🤷 no where else to go for now
do we get any sound effects with that darth vader mask?
Good job Kreg! lol j/k
I've been reading all I can about this product and am keenly interested in using it. While it is stated we can get 3x the coverage vs conventional finish (e.g. polyurethane??), what I am more interested in is real-world results. Let's suppose I am finishing a 12"x12" board, 3/4" thick on both faces and all 4 edges. Using your spray gun, how many of those boards could I realistically expect to be able to cover with 1 gallon of CleanArmor 700?
Buy a small bottle and try it out. You won't get an answer on youtube.
Too expensive!!!
You’re too expensive!!!
