I can see why Legoland dosent have big coasters but I love how the dark rides are so well themed and immersive, I feel they have a great experience. I ALSO JUST LOVE THE SUBMARINE RIDE ITS MY ALLTIME FAVOURITE LEGOLAND RIDE I love seeing the fish!!
I just love aquariums! It was my fav as a kid and I can absolutely see the appeal. They used to do VIP shark feeding in the evening for them in deepsea adventure when it was themed after Atlantis. Not sure if that is still something you can do?

OMG I forgot how much I love monster party! What a banger. The disco bit just before the ride is so fun, and when I was a little kid the ride itself blew my mind! I now understand how it works, but it still slaps!

Yea Skylion is my favourite as it was my first flying theatre and my little brother loved it and it was the first time I've actually seen my dad 'wowed' by a theme park attraction as he usually hates any sort of ride and Monster party is great fun as again my little brother absolutely loved it and I thought it was a cute and fun attraction. Other than my family trip last year I haven't been since a child, being 24 now I never really randomly think I want to go to Legoland 😆.
@@Rabbitzz thats so fair but honestly I’m 20 and still visit from time to time! Its a nice park when its not swarmed with children so off peak days are great! They are such great rides! It was the same for my friends when I showed them they were all flabbergasted by mythica and haunted house monster party haha
@Q4Coasters haha that's nice glad they enjoyed it also I've been at Europa park the last 2 days and the flying theatre there was good, bigger screen, and there's 2 of them for extra capacity but I think skylion was better for the theme and smell pods. Also between me and you maybe we did take my 9 year old brother on a quiet off peak day 😆🤫
@@Q4Coasters it's so good I was there last 2 days and Voltron is my 4th favourite coaster I've ever ridden taking hyperia's spot, the park is absolutely huge and there's so much to do and operations are next level, I was timing 25 second dispatches on coasters all running an impressive amount of trains, top notch. Had to wake up at 4am this morning😴 because I saw last night my train back to the airport was cancelled.
Out of the merlin big 4, here's my ranking: 1) Alton Towers: Great and modern dark rides like Gangsta Granny, Sub-Terra, Hex and Curse at Alton Manor. Peak. 2) Legoland: It has a great variety for all ages, (my favourite is deep sea because the kids usually don't swarm to it and monster party is just across the path), pretty solid. 3) Chessington: Gruffalo is great, but it can't carry the park 4) Thorpe Park: Its only real dark ride is ghost train, and I haven't even been on it yet. Yes, it could be good but it can't be THAT good.

The actors carry it but the script is wack You forgot about tomb blaster though at chessington haha, I really like that one its my favourite but its in need of attention for sure! But I like the list its pretty good :D I don’t really like gansta granny though it was meh when i did it, I liked subterra and curse but hex is never open haha hopefully they sort it out :)

personally i think it’s dark rides except for sky lion and party are sightly eh cus i just think of ghost train, curse, valhalla, wandg tomb blaster. (i’m so sorry but don’t like ninjago to me it is a bad effect with your hands and the scenes are kinda just you swinging around) (also tomb blaster did get tlc) 😭

Laser Raiders is one of the worst dark rides, it's so dated and desperately needs to go, Sky Lion is awesome, except the video needs changing, after 4 years, it's now a little boring, but Monster House is SLAY!
@Q4Coasters there is no ride system, only 1 scene. Calling a madhouse a darkride means simulators and 4D cinemas are dark rides too. The DarkRideDatabase classifies then under "Show Rides" for a reason.

@@Q4Coasters the reason is to redo the fish tanks and potentially change the gates in the station. Plus they've been doing stuff to the queue line, not too sure what though. The reason the sharks are going is because they kept eating the other fish 😢
