To Val Comments: as far as I'm concerned, the plaintiff isn't mature or responsible enough to own a pet, let alone raise children. Being able to get pregnant and have a baby does not automatically make anyone a good parent, or a good person. I do thank he should be more involved with his child (did he really have no idea that she had the kids waiting in the back of the car, alone?) and I agree with JJ 100% that there should be a formal child support/visitation order. Since these episodes are not new, I hope that's what happened.

When she saw the girlfriend that’s when she tried to show off as still being connected to the family by chopping it up with the sister and making plans to hang out. She was probably being extra and stalling and he was like, it’s time for you to bounce, plus you left our son in the car. She then got slick at the mouth saying, “why can’t I be here, your girl here” and it just escalated because she was stalling on purpose. She was probably tipsy too just having left her friends seafood boil.

She gave him invaluable advice on how to eliminate any reason for her to contact him AND make her legally obligated to allow visitation. She HATED THAT and it was obvious 😂😂😂 It was so satisfying to see her squirm when she realized bringing him here backfired. The options he didn't know he had JJ made him aware of could prove to be worth more than his counter-claim.

    IN MY VIEW
Judge Judy always thinks first about the kids. I was shocked the mother left her four year-old and TWO year-old in the car while she was inside the home talking about going to a strip club. I hope she is not one of those mothers that makes the older child raise the younger child instead of her.

    • @yaya804

You know its the case. Especially with young mother's. I watched this girl carrying a toddler and texting while her 9 year old son was struggling hard to push the big grocery cart shaped like a racecar for toddlers with a baby carrier inside. She ain't give a shit, just kept walking while buried in her phone and kept rushing him! Put the toddler in the cart and let the boy be a child! The mother of my husband's kids also did that and he resents her terribly for it. Kids are always so eager to help but instead the mothers take full advantage and make it their responsibility when he should have none but school, manners and being subordinate.

I appreciate the advice bestowed by Judge Judy! This mother is very capable of alienating the father from the son because she seems scorn and vindictive. Her parenting skills are egregious also, as evident by her selfishly leaving the kids in the car to engage in an altercation. Oftentimes the system is not fair or favorable to fathers. Many fathers don't know their rights. So again, I appreciate the judge for offering him advice, and hopefully he will advance in being the best father he can be to his child.
