in such case, can I ask the delivery person to show if its defective or not ? if they open the packet then will amazon replace the product ?

Brother i bought a sony 43 inch tv...i have checked for physical damage and there is no...but later i am seeing that panel near tha edges of the top frames are clickable where as in bottom it is solidly fixed to frame...is this something common to every tv...i never had led before...i having a dilemma now

Every Tv brand bought online on Amazon usually has this install service from their brand itself. This also happens at some offline stores now. Its best to have install and check done by the manufacturing company itself as it ensures that they have to give warranty in future if anything goes wrong with the product..

@@iamkashyapkumar yes bro. Just tell them that u need to unbox the tv and the warranty shouldn't be exterminated, and ask them to send an email to u that if u open the box the warranty shouldnt be exterminated. That's how my issue got fixed. Just install urself✌
