Yes they are citrus fruits and citrus fruits are fine fed as an occasional treat. If you feed them in excess they can cause mouth sores. Like any new food they need to be introduced gradually.
i would go as to say this is one of the best things they can eat, citrus fruit has a lot of c vitimine if im right. And guinea pigs cannot produce that themselves so they need it with food. since citrus fruit like this is stuffed with it, its a very good thing.
If they don't know something is good to eat then it will take them time. Just keep offering small pieces of new veggies (too much too soon will give them diarrhoea) and eventually they'll get the idea.

Yes you can as a matter of fact. I have an abysinnian guinea pig. I got her from a pet store. They are pretty rare though

can you find crested guinea pigs like this or abyssinian in a pet store? cause there are no adoption centers by where i live so....
