@Harshil Usually you can, However few Studentenwerk ask for admit letter while filling the form. If your Studentenwerk doesn't ask for admit letter .You can apply earlier.

Another tip: when looking for furnished apartments see if EBK is mentioned. Then it has a fitted kitchen with all cooking appliance in the house

@omkarkhedekar9703 if you have received your visa then provide them with all the details they are asking. You can ask for a status after 2-3 week.
@@akshundogra My visa appointment is on 4th Sept and my classes will start from 16th Oct. So don't know if I will reach on time in Germany or not!
