Extra steps to take at home: 1.wipe down your groceries from the store(the ones in boxes and plastic containers as well as juices,milk,water etc.) because you never know who touched it before you. 2.disinfect your phones with either alcohol or lysol spray ( put it on a paper towl or napkin to protect your phone) 3.spray your car with lysol or disinfect your car handles (inside and out) your car radio,seatbelts, doors, stirring wheel,dashboard etc. 4.Wash your hands with warm water often. 5.wipe down(or even just spray it down) your counters, door handles (inside and outside) light switches,faucets etc. Let's protect each other so we can get through this and get back to seeing our family and friends.❤
The list of essential businesses and sectors is huge. Any company with the contracts to an essential business is also open. It could just be the economic make up of Houston but that list is so large it makes the stay-at-home order hyperbolic. Most workingmen are coming across 100 plus people a day still.
My husband works in a pharmacy. One person said they had just tested positive, told the pharmacy techs this, as he/she went through the drive-thru! Another person who said they had symptoms and been tested actually came in the store portion of the pharmacy. Those ppl with symptoms or testing positive are supposed to utilize the pharmacy’s mail to home option, not come in the store or through drive-thru. I’m immunocompromised, and at home...but it doesn’t mean he can’t bring it home to me. He comes across countless ppl each day at work. They aren’t providing any masks for them. Only gloves.
There's allot of people outside everyday so this don't make sense to stay in home if were on locked down how are people still allowed to go to restaurant stores where their still is people around you
I really want things to get back to normal soon and I am really sick and tired of not being about to go on the Metro bus, to stores except for work and the post office. They really need to do something about it next week!
