I see you had the supervisor on the job to make sure everything got done right. lol Awesome clean up Matt! It never ceases to amaze me how nice a property can be transformed in just one day. BTW, the old car was a 30's Pontiac. Keep up the great work. Alaska Doug

A very well done job again (and definitely much much better done than the person who tried to clear up before you came).
Thanks a lot for making taping editing uploading and sharing.

It looked to me like the debris was in a far more manageable condition before the relative helped.

Yup, they probably paid just as much for the cleanup as he would have charged to do it right the first time.

If it was me, there was a LOT of wood that could have been burned and avoided the dumpster, but it would have taken much longer. And time is money.

👍Good work Andrew. I like your new Kubota and track skidsteer. They both are quiet and appear to have the power. Enjoyed it.

Unless you could easily sell it for over $50 its not worth the hassle of separating it out. Even scrap metal is barely worth it unless there's a pile of it or theres aluminum and copper.

There was a lot of stuff in that pile that I would have scrounged. But then, I have low standards. :)

Thanks for the great video mate ,nice to see the new equipment get a good workout on a project ,as with most things when a home owner wants to save money by trying to do some work themselves ,it usually ends up costing them more .With plumbing it's nearly guaranteed after Christmas and Father's Day ,to get panicked phone calls that someone's just discovered the limits of there expertise. Cheers from down under.

everytime i see an excavator like your kubota working in scrap metal i think: "be carefull to not run flat! those tracks are a pain in the ass to get airtight again!" thanks to a colleague who fooled a new apprentice by giving him a compressor to blow up the tracks again after he "run them flat"...
