    Oh my god. I didn't know about the 'Conform to Sliders' button... I was doing all of my conversions by hand. I cannot believe how much easier doing this is. I can save HOURS upon hours of my time. Thank you for showing me that because apparently I'm too stupid to figure it out for myself X]

    Very useful video tutorial {I wish I saw it before I had to learn all by myself losing my mind on it}... just wondering where you got the "Vanilla To JaneBod" conversion reference or how you created it yourself if you did. As a matter of fact the reason why I watched the video was that I hoped to get some hint about "Coalesce Sliders" and about making "Inverted" Coalesce Sliders to make body/outfits reversion. A video about them would be awesome. Would you cover that in a new video? I hope so. Thanks and cheers!

    Just wanna say thank you for the help provided here and in all your videos I watched.
    I really like all the details and tips you give us, that's what makes your tutorials good. Instead of stupidly repeating a process, we understand why we do or need that, and can use the tools properly from Bodyslide for our own purpose.
    So thanks again and apologize for my english.

    why in build preview is not the same in game? it's difficult to see if your clipping are gone , it's difficult to know if it's done correctly. it's perfect on outfit studio but it's a mess in game. even if you did build morph.

  • @mazzpsykoziz
    @mazzpsykoziz 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    This is actually perfect for me since I for some reason always get **some** clipping with Commonwealth Shorts and that it was the one I even looked into using outfit studio for.

    Well I’ve got a unique problem; I’ve extracted a BSA and used the meshes in the files to convert in outfit studio, but the meshes are so stiff and won’t conform easily. Do you have a solution to that?

    " the following shapes have unweighted vertices " ?? i cannot figure this out, the bootom of the skirt isnt animating correctly in game anyone know a solution to this?

    Thanks for these vids mate..
    going to through this out there as a request/recommendation for a tutorial/walk through, on how to create hat hair for commonwealth cuts..? I could figure all the steps provided in the link from their F.A.Q until getting to nifskope, but was provided with the answer to that, just thoroughly perplexed by FO4Edit.. I'd be surprised if there weren't more than a few who'd find a quick step by step helpful. or any chance of pointing me to an appropriate vid?
    cheers all the same..👍

    Thank you for this tutorial. Brand new to Outfit Studio. Got here looking for a way to simply change the color of an item. A bit experienced with 3d models so I know the color change is not THAT easy but just want to know how. If not dine in Outfit, I have gimp and a few other grafix apps in this current PC.

    Would this be the same method i would want to use on something that shows skin but there is a pretty big gap on the object cause i don't know if maybe i need to do it at a slower pace or what but i'm attempting to convert some of the armors from CBBE Skimpy Armor and Clothing Replacer v2 to Jane Bod ( i tried it with the Greaser jacket and Summer Shorts) but i noticed when it's time to use the tools to fix clipping etc there is usually a pretty big gap between the outfit and where the breast start to clip through and when i use this method to get that section of that outfit closer to what it should be it starts to look somewhat deformed/messed up when I get it about as close as i can ( Sorry if this is a really noobish question may be i just suck with outfit studio but just wanted to make sure i'm using the correct method)

    I've noticed when I conform items and get them correct in OS they look fine in game until the NPC moves (walk, kneel, etc) then a whole new set of clipping shows up and I have to do these lengthy round trips between OS and the game. Is there any way to change the pose of the mesh in OS?

    Is there a video that actually shows how to remove just the boots??
    I tried but it removes the feet in game.

    • @Net_Zero
      @Net_Zero ปีที่แล้ว

      You could trie clicking the eyeball in the top right of the meshes area next to the boot layer. This will keep the layer there but will keep it invisible so the body mesh u have underneath it, (CBBE, etc.) Will stay. You could also outright delete that layer. Just make sure u have a visible body mesh that shows feet.

    I can't find any tutorial to edit an outfit from mod, then converting it to morph body (not fixed body), so it changes when i use looksmenu. It' always incomplete, or focus on fixed body preset.

    • @GraphicForest1

      For pan, you should hold your middle button, and if you have a NAGA, you can also push the middle button in the back (for me, hold middle button in NAGA zooms)
      Hope I help you (and others) !

    Video is old so probably won’t get a response, but my issue is I’m not understanding why I can’t find my morph slider presets to adjust outfits that are clipping. I save a preset in the race menu and it becomes a .jslot file. I’m trying to do this with Skyrim SE body slide. The preset files are .xml files.

    • @Net_Zero
      @Net_Zero ปีที่แล้ว

      That I have experienced, you can't load a preset as a reference. U need to use a regular base. So when u click 'load reference' leave it on CBBE or whatever populates. Then, build up project from there. When ur done, save your project as he does in the video. Close bodyslide and outfit studio. Reopen bodyslide. Then click the top drop down and find that project. Use the drop down below it to chose ur custom made preset. Then hit build at the bottom.

    Why do you youtubers always assume we're not bright enough to download and install a mod? Do you know how much time you guys waste? And then I try to skip ahead and I have no idea what relevant information you might have dropped before actually getting into it.
    I mean this is allegedly video 3 of a series. You haven't covered installing mods before editing them? A whole morning wasted trying to find a concise video just because an outfit collection is clipping on me.
    Also, I'm completely lost, because I followed your first two steps... loaded the cbbe body, then dragged my outfit over it, and it fits perfectly, whereas it does NOT fit in the game.

  • @Sy3r0n3

    What about when I have my own cbbe body? It shows the cbbe preset, how do i change that preset to the one that i want to use? When I use load preset it shows but it goes away as soon I touch something else...
