Neesie thank you so much for the explanation of the math! I’ve been admiring these framing projects but couldn’t imagine how the math was figured out! Now I might be able to do my own!! Thank you so much💜
You did a great job !!one tip for the miter box usage .Find a place where you can mount it down so it won't walk all over the place when you are cutting then it won't be difficult to use as you're fighting it . If you look at the bottom of it there are holes specially for this purpose. The perfect place to mount it on top of would be like an old folding table
i am so glad I found you, I like the way you explain the how to and the pamplet that I even order today along with the digital tape....thank you your new subbie from MO
OMG THANK YOU NEESIE for the Measurement process. Your's was THE FIRST that I REALLY UNDERSTAND. Oh My Goodbess this is soooo helpful AND I love the Project Planner. I also have that saw box, I have to use muscles to cut mine, and I only have 3 boxes to cut, but I agree with using a circular saw. THIS VIDEO was SOOOO helpful in EVERYTHING for my Foyer.
It is always very satisfying to see ladies doing DIY projects in the house and patio, and learn from them. I think I can do this with the right tools as recommended, and some math!
You did a fabulous job! I've done this all over my house and it just fancies up everything. I lol'd when you pulled out your mitre saw. The hand saw is no Bueno. Xo
YES, GURL....YOU DID THAT!!! Thank you for thoroughly explaining how to cut the miter cut for the picture wall frame. I've been searching for clear directive on how to cut and you were the ONLY one who thoroughly explained the process. Your DIY Entrance Way looks fabulous...!!!
Thank you for giving me the idea of using painters tape to determine where to put the frame molding. It's genius! I also was jumping with excitement when I saw it. I never thought of that!
WOW you are a genius. What a difference in the look of that area. Sooooo elegant. I love it, I love it, I love it. Excellent job. I have a small foyer area I would love to have this done to. May have to call you to come to Lake City. 😊Thanks for sharing all your great DIY Projects ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for making it easy for those of us that are mathematically challenged. I'm getting ready to do this tomorrow and you made it very understandable. It turned out beautifully.
This is the best tutorial. I just went and bought a miter saw for black Friday...darn it. Now I need the nail gun. Ugh. If I would have seen this first, I would have purchased the nail gun and used a miter box. Oh well, new subscriber
I love your transformations! Thanks for explaining so well. I am finally ready to tackle my home transformations! Congratulations on the creation of your planner! I just purchased one and I am sure it will come in handy! No more jotting random notes on pieces of paper and losing track of them. ❤️
Neesie, I’ve been trying to figure out how to determine the width of my frames, etc, but you made it so plain… I was like ooooooohhhhhh, that’s how you do the math!! I truly appreciate you breaking that down bc I was going to wing it, 🤦🏾♀️ lol😂!!!
AAAMAZING !.... BLESS U !!! you are the ONLY person doing this i found that made it Understandable and Do-Able! so glad i found you ... " SUSCRIBED !! " :=)
I love the video I just finish mine two month ago it make a difference to the room . I put crown molding and chair rail and picture molding .Thanks for sharing
Neesie you are Soooooo good at what you do! Thank you for sharing your videos with us. I just subscribed. I sure wish I would have found you a long time ago ❣️ You are a gem 🤗
Here's a tip that helped me do this too: 1. Every single piece should be shaped like a "trapezoid" 2. If it is shaped like a paralleogram... it's WRONG! 3. The thickest edge of your trim should be the POINTED EDGE after you make the cut.
This is exactly what I was looking for!! Thanks so much for breaking everything down for us and sharing all of your tips and tricks. My only 2 questions are can you explain how you did the other side. I know you have a door separating the wall so did you use different measurements for the molding? Also, for the bottom molding, how did you decide how far down to place the bottom molding.
Thank you for making everything sounds very simple and I can't appreciate it yes! But what I need to know is what size trim did you use and how many of them did you use because I want to do it on my bedroom wall
Okay, spacing is fine, got that. My question is, how did you determine the height of the boxes on the bottom... You never mention how you went about the heights of either the tall ones on top nor those shorter ones beneath the taller boxes... Again, totally understand the spacing but not how you came up with the heights (the floor to ceiling measurements)????
Neesie thank you so much for the explanation of the math! I’ve been admiring these framing projects but couldn’t imagine how the math was figured out! Now I might be able to do my own!! Thank you so much💜
You’re welcome! I’m so glad it was understandable. Good luck with your project ❤️

SUCH beautiful work!
Just beautiful! I have textured walls so I have a ton of sanding first.
Love the outcome, it’s beautiful,
Great video!
Love your work however how do you know where the electrical wires are in the wall? Do you use a circuit finder?
What are your thoughts on trim sheers? Would that only work with a different type of trim?
Amazing!
Very detailed and thorough...Thanks Luv🤎🤎
Great work
Here's a tip that helped me do this too:

Where did you buy your trim from? And can you please specifically share which trim you had bought?

Very nice. What trim did you use?

Cuuuuttteee!!!! I love the new intro!!!!!!
Thank you
how much space did you leave between boxes like in middle than from ceiling molding to start framing
Hey, did you use the Ryobi nail gun against a brick wall and if so, which nails and length did you use?
Amazing
Very useful
So helpful, thank you!!
Where did you buy the wood for the project?
Which shade of white paint did you use, The Finish and Which Brand?????
I know it’s a year later but I’m inspired to rent my saw, buy some molding, and get moving. ❤
