Good morning Shawn. You are a patient woman. Smoothing the corners had to be very, very challenging and heavy. It looks really good. The sunset was gorgeous. I bet it warms your soul. Yes indeed, 'piddily' rock placement but oh so important. I didn't want the video to end...I wanted the pool filled and see you relaxing in your 'sunset' area. Oh well, I look forward to next Sunday. I drank all my tea while enjoying another video of your journey. Take care and see you next Sunday.
Good morning Lark. Yes, folding the corners was challenging. But I'm a quilter so used to figuring out the best way to reduce bulk. I'd tried a few times before adding the water but ended up needing the weight of the water to hold it in place. I'm glad that part is done. Even though I've had to stop filling the pool (and actually pumped water back to the rainwater tanks), I put on my waders and walk laps. It's so lovely before dawn with just the rope lights on. I'm waiting for materials to arrive to fix the leaks and then it will be full steam ahead to get it done. In the meantime, fortunately I get that same view of the sunset from the bedroom, the shower, and a chair set up on the bridge. Thank you for your encouragement and support. Stay healthy and see you next Sunday.
You go girl I love it when people think out side of the box like you , I have thinking of building a tiny home townhouses four in the row with a Conservatory greenhouse backyard with a pool for year around use , also added a well thought out and assembled rocket wood stove that connected to inside the greenhouse and the homes for warmth in the winter , and taking advantage of the sun for free energy solar pannels on top of the roof with and additional wind powered wind towers fit custom for homes , My garden will be raised ButEverything about the space I have to really place everything in his own spot Also use an aqua phonics not only for the plants but to also farm for fish , right now I just putting it down on paper , Wish me luck.
Wow! That's a very ambitious project! What country (or US state) are you located? What's your timeline? I'm considering adding a wood stove to the greenhouse for next winter but my design goal was to be as simple and passive as possible so I didn't plan to grow anything needing heat over the winter. But, it would be nice to sit in front of a fire every so often. Or use it to stay above freezing on the few days it gets below freezing.
@@liveinagreenhouse I am in columbian Missouri , I know it is a bit much and I know it's going to take some time but I'm so determined , It's gonna take some planning Out But if I put everything together and I budget right and find a good broker I probably get close to what I want . I will love to live off the grid with my family .
@@liveinagreenhouse Oh yeah about the rocket stove I'm also planning that out too as well , Kind of know you can't put a close to the house so I am going to get somebody to draw some sort of blueprint on what kind of conservatory greenhouse I want .
