It’s usually the other way around. I never heard of black gangs doing an ethnic cleansing to get rid of all Mexicans living in their hood, but the Mexican Mafia ordered an ethnic cleansing against all blacks living in Mexican hoods. As a matter of fact, every black neighborhood in Southern California has Mexicans living there because of gentrification, so Mexicans can live in any black neighborhood just fine without major problems. I have heard of black gangs bullying Mexican street vendors selling food, but that’s not comparable to an ethnic cleansing.
