Dealing with low back pain- muscle tightening. Has taken over the past few days, not able to do much.
Finding the strength to get through
Simple skincare and makeup to go pick my son up from school.
I did get prescribed Rx pain medicine via call- a doctor service on Sunday. Also applying an ice pack
