This is one of my favorite restaurants. I eat Kalguksu there every time I travel to Seoul. I also love their kimchi. Would you be able to make a video on how to make this type of fresh spicy garlicky kimchi?

Great video! Kimchi... I have a love/hate relationship with Kimchi... Good Kimchi (in moderation) is great... Not so good Kimchi can taste and smell like licking a dead skunk.

Do they allow to order only one serving of kalguksu for two people to share? Seems like the serving is big enough for two.
