I was just looking around to buy this knife and here you are with a review on it! What a coincidence! :))) I love the blade shape, steel, the cf handle, the clip and the XR (axis) lock! I never had a SOG before, but this year they are really coming out with a great line up. Already ordered the Terminus XR with S35VN blade, can't wait to get it. This is the other model I have my eyes on. Your video just made the decision easy! Great review as always!
Mahalo! My first SOG as well. The blade height is full & the thin but full feel in hand exceeded my expectations. Really happy with this as an only primary or backup. The weight of the CF, S35VN, the clip tension, axis lock, ... make this a winner. I gave up on "wallets" years ago and went to Sterling silver CC and money clips but this CC holder adds so much to my EDC life. Stay well my friend!
Wait, you carry a second knife so you don’t actually have to cut anything with your nicer ones? Hard to take a review seriously when by your own omission the knife is essentially an unused fashion accessory.
Hi Nick, Yep, I have some high-end "safe queens" I carry in leather sheaths and would use them if required, but I also have a lot of daily user EDC's. btw, try to sell a high-end hard use or sharpened knaf. The cost of collecting and a YT channel demands I sell some knives on a regular basis. Feel free to send money my way and I'll buy some high end knives and put them to hard use. Good review but strange you carry as a secondary knife. Is this one not enough for you? Just curious why the need to carry two.
