If your understanding of bidah is that something which the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم didn't do. Then you using your mobile/ laptop etc to watch TH-cam is a bidah because the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم didn't watch TH-cam.

The prophet replied by saying recite the kalima in abundance, so in actual fact it something the prophet instructed the sahaba to do. So please don’t start saying it’s biddah when it’s not, maybe u should try it yourself and then see how much peace and content your heart gets and how close to allah you will get inshallah, then maybe you will regret saying it’s bidah. We don’t say it fard to do zikr like this so we are not adding anything to the religion

You being a follower of superman is an even bigger BIDDAH (clown); what the Shaykh is doing is an exercise it's not an 'ibaadah per se'; it's an exercise with prayer to bring the nafs 'ego' under control; this type of Zikr would help to bring the wild nafs under control better than imagining to be superman will; i.e. it's kryptonite for the nafs, ha!
