Good video with easy and concise instructions. I most appreciate the fact that you get right to the recipe without the annoying unnecessary chatter. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I made them and they are so delicious. I love the small size using the egg bite molds. Thank you again for sharing the yummy recipes.
Your recipe is so well explained. I really appreciate that. I tried another recipe tonight where the cookie crumble was on top. I ended up with wet cookies and the cheesecake wouldn't come out at all. ☹ Trying yours next time!
Would love to see a video with mango cheesecake bites or a pineapple coconut flavour... some tropical cheesecake recipes to bring something new and exotic instead of basic flavours. Did enjoy your video... keep it coming!
Those look amazing! Haha, if you've got kids you must have locked them in their rooms while you filmed this episode! I'd have been lurking in the background if my mom was making 4 different trays cheesecake bites! 🤣🤣🤣
This was a great video. I’m new to your channel. I usually make 4 inch cheesecakes to give away but now I like your way better thank you! Will those molds fit in a 6 qt duo?
Ashlee - Are the amount of ingredients for the fillings, toppings and crusts that you have posted here appropriate for 1/2 of the base cheesecake recipe as you did in your video? Or are these portions if you make a whole batch of one flavor?
When I found your individual recipes on your blog, I see that the above proportions are to make the entire batch of one flavor, so if anyone wants to make 2 flavors out of one batch of cheesecake batter, you would half the filling, crust and toppings to go with half of the batter recipe. I'm heading to the kitchen to make them now! So excited!
I'm wondering the same thing. If the "base recipe" is enough for all 4 different batches??? Or just enough to make 1 batch & duplicate for each variation???
The amount of ingredients will make about 18 cheesecake bites, If you want to easily half the recipe you can change the serving size in the recipe on my blog.
I've found a lot of really yummy recipes on TH-cam for it, BUT you can also cook a roast in a fraction of the time.....there's just soooo much that you can do with it!!!!
It's a bosch universal mixer - Their website is here bit.ly/Ilovemybosch I have a full review here ashleemarie.com/bosch-universal-mixer-review-love-bosch-series/
I have an 8 quart and it made 18 cheesecakes so yours should make 13-14. If you want the adjusted ingredient go to the recipe on my blog and adjust the serving size:)
you can pour the batter i of course, and sprinkle the crust on top - BUT you won't be able to compact the crust , it will break as the cheesecake rises as it bakes AND the instant pot leaves a lot of liquid on the top as it cooks so the crust would be pretty soggy. That's why I don't do it that way.
Sorry - another question please. what are the ingredients for the topping on the classic cheesecakes bites? Above just says: TOPPING Mix all ingredients together until smooth Spoon 2 tsp of the mixture top of warm cheesecake immediately, then let cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate cheesecake for 4-8 hours.
I found your recipes for each flavor individually on your blog but for anyone else who wanted to know the topping for the classic: 2/3 C sour cream, 1T sugar, 1 t vanilla. Then the cherry pie filling on top of that mixture.
oh man that's a good question - I actually am always cooking for a family of 6 so I'm the wrong one to ask! All my recipes are for the 8 quart and pretty big!
I am not sure exactly what you are asking so if you need further clarification please let me know. The base makes 18 cheesecake bites, you can add whatever flavors you want to it will still make 18, if you want to make more flavors you can adjust the recipe by adjusting the serving size on my blog:)
@@Ashleemariecakes Hi Ashlee, i would love to know the temperature and baking time when you use a gas range oven instead of an instapot. Do you have an idea pretty please? Highly appreciate your feedback. Thank you so much! 🙂
I am not sure what is wrong, I would suggest looking the recipe up on my blog and trying the video link from there ashleemarie.com/ If it still doesn't work I have also included detailed instructions on the blog post.

The problem with cupcake tins is getting the cheesecake out of the pan, the crust tends to break off, It would work better if you put a cupcake wrapper in first but your cheesecake will get the cupcake lines around the edges
Look on Amazon, I believe they ship worldwide??? It's actually a "multi cooker" with several functions.....you can use it as a pressure cooler, slow cooker (like a crock pot), you can use it to saute (& you can make gravy or other sauces or brown your roast on this setting, before putting it on to slow cook or pressure cook!) I think it has 7 different functions?? And they're an awesome addition to your kitchen if you enjoy cooking or baking!!

Thank you! It is so nice to hear the positive feedback
I just made these and they came out great! The small bites are the best because we get to eat our desserts but we don't over eat.
Yes I agree! I am so glad they turned out for you

I am making bite size cheesecakes for a dessert table, for a 21st birthday party. So happy you posted this... I will be using this recipe!
Enjoy! you can of course use a muffin tin for mini cheeescakes and bake them in the oven.
@@Ashleemariecakes maybe you can make a video on that next?? Also sounds amazing ❤

This was a great video. I’m new to your channel. I usually make 4 inch cheesecakes to give away but now I like your way better thank you! Will those molds fit in a 6 qt duo?
They have a smaller mold that they sell that should fit in the 6 qt, I wanna say it has 7 openings instead of 9
Thank you but I ordered them from your link with the cookie scoops
Why am I barely finding you?! Better late than never! You got a new subby!
aww thank you so much! I appreciate it!
Looks yummy. What type of mixer was you using?😄
It’s a Bosch Universal Mixer. Very powerful.
I want to try this tomorrow but have a quick question. The 1.5lbs of cream cheese, is that enough for a batch of each of the 4 flavors?

Thank you, I hope you like them!
Hi Ashlee, may I ask what will be the temp and baking time if you’re going to use an oven instead of instapot? Thank you!
I need to invest in an instantpot!
it too me awhile to jump on board but I do like it for a lot of things
I've found a lot of really yummy recipes on TH-cam for it, BUT you can also cook a roast in a fraction of the time.....there's just soooo much that you can do with it!!!!
I really love turtle cheesecake
Yes that is delicious!
Question, could this be done with an air fryer instead of an instapot?
How much of each ingredients do you use?? Thank you
Nice 👍🙂
love your videos
you are so sweet, thank you!
What type of electric mixer is that...I LOVE IT!!

I had a 6 quart instant pot how many can I make at one time? Thanks for a great broadcast!
I have an 8 quart and it made 18 cheesecakes so yours should make 13-14. If you want the adjusted ingredient go to the recipe on my blog and adjust the serving size:)
Can one use the silicone lid that comes with the egg cup tray instead of the aluminium foil in the instant pot? It seems to be wasteful.
This may be a dumb question but here goes. When making the Oreo crust you are using the crème filling from the Oreos?
That is not a dumb question, I am not using the creme filling I scrape it out of the cookies before crushing them.
Ashlee, is it possible to prepare them upside down? So the crust is flat and cheesecake domed?
you can pour the batter i of course, and sprinkle the crust on top - BUT you won't be able to compact the crust , it will break as the cheesecake rises as it bakes AND the instant pot leaves a lot of liquid on the top as it cooks so the crust would be pretty soggy. That's why I don't do it that way.
Is there a way to make these without an instant pot? I don’t have one.
do you need to use something so that they don't stick to the mold?
I would recommend greasing your mold before putting the cheesecake in, The most common grease people use is butter
Can these be made to be more dense than creamy, and if so, how long to PC them?
Sorry - another question please. what are the ingredients for the topping on the classic cheesecakes bites? Above just says:
TOPPING
Mix all ingredients together until smooth
Spoon 2 tsp of the mixture top of warm cheesecake immediately, then let cool for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate cheesecake for 4-8 hours.

@@carolbrunk4156 THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!! ❤ I was hunting the classic topping & was hoping it was in the comments!! Greatly appreciate it!!! ❤
Thank you for finding that! I will have to go back and add it to the ingredient list on the video as well!
I bought an instantpot - it's still in the Amazon box and have never used it. Do you have any suggested recipes to use for a single person?
you can make things in batches and freeze leftovers, or just cook things in smaller amounts.
oh man that's a good question - I actually am always cooking for a family of 6 so I'm the wrong one to ask! All my recipes are for the 8 quart and pretty big!
Be your own best friend and batch cook! Future you will thank past you and it'll feel like you have your own personal chef.
And does this base split equally into 4 pans for the other flavors too?
I am not sure exactly what you are asking so if you need further clarification please let me know. The base makes 18 cheesecake bites, you can add whatever flavors you want to it will still make 18, if you want to make more flavors you can adjust the recipe by adjusting the serving size on my blog:)
You mentioned a sour cream topping for the plain cheesecake bites?! Am I just missing that recipe or is it missing???
It’s at the 613 mark
So sorry I need to add it to the description! You can find it on my blog but the ingredients are 2/3 C sour cream, 1T sugar, 1 t vanilla
What is the recipe for the topping of the classic cheesecake
Do u have to use an instant pot I don’t have one. Can I bake in regular oven?

If the mold fits in the instant pot then yes, but you'll need to make less batter of course.
