- The MV-PJ offers both aesthetics and tones. It has an alder body, paired to a bolt-on caramelized Canadian hard rock maple neck with a laurel fretboard. The pearloid block inlays and matching headstock add to its eye-catching style. Equipped with an alnico 5 single-coil pickup at the bridge and a split single-coil pickup at the mid position, it ensures detailed tones that cut through in any mix, perfect for any style of music. The 5-string model extends the bass’s range, giving you even more bottom-end for those deeper grooves. The brass saddles on the bridge maintain stable tuning and enhance sustain, complemented by reliable die-cast tuners. Whether it's studio work, live gigs, or casual playing, the MV-5PJ is a reliable tool for laying down the groove.

YOUR STYLE. YOUR GEAR. - เพลง
I like the non rock/metal licks. Rock/metal is awesome, but with such a versatile brand of instruments, it's great to hear more genres!
Agreed, a lot of HB demos wind up showing more about the amps and effects than the instrument.
Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it!
@@HarleyBentonOfficial Love y'all's content and products.
is the 5 string string spacing closer to a P or a J, noticed it's only 1mm wider than a 4 string P
The Pink 😍
Ordered one of these (4 string SFG) to scratch my "bass itch". Pleased enough with what i heard. Much better than what I'll do 😅
But that FRET BUZZ...
@@DMSProduktions I'll make sure it's set up. 5 string let us see how it could fone well.
Why green and pink aren't available in 5 string PJ? I needed that green pj 😢
Currently sold out but will be restocked asap :)
@@HarleyBentonOfficial seam foam green 5 string PJ 🙏
Gostei muito ❤
Does it come in any other colors other than those 2 pinkyzoids?
Yes, surf green, purple, natural and black. Check the link in the description. Green is sold out but will be restocked in maybe two months.
Are these a limited run? I hope they're here to stay :(
They're here to stay but sold out very quickly. We've already placed new orders and they should arrive in a couple of weeks.
@@HarleyBentonOfficial Amazing news, thank you so much for letting me know!
On the product page it lists all of them having nickel silver frets... except the MV-4P Daphne Blue. It says that one has stainless steel frets. Is that a mistake? Why would just one color have SS frets while the rest of the exact same model colors have nickel?
That's a mistake, sorry! All have nickel frets
I'd swap pickups and those hideous knobs if I were to buy this bass but, beside that, it looks high quality enough related to its price.
There's really no need to spend 800€ to buy a mexican fender, sound and overall quality-wise.
IMO I would buy the least expensive and best performing instrument OR spend much more than 800€ and go for lutherie instruments.
And I still don't get why people loves matching headstocks so much.
Nice axes btw
Because it's matching.. I hate Fender's obsession with natural headstock even if the paint job on the body is stunning, like you ruined it all now
With some colours it's ok though
Thank you! Appreciate the feedback and agree, one could easily upgrade this to the max and stay below 800€ for sure. Custom made by a luthier is obviously the best.. 😀
Cheers! 🙂
That 4 stringer had a TON of fret buzz! Rattling all OVER the place!
The 5 was pretty much spot on!
\m/
remember that they use Orange amp xDD
@@leepek3575 And that makes a difference because...
Can anyone hear a lot of frets buzz ?
On the 4-string especially, it needs a setup in my opinion.
Yh. So can u recommend these bass ?
