NCT backlog grows as 440,000 await tests | Ireland AM

Anton Savage explains that the NCT doesn't make the roads safer as much as expected. The Road Safety Authority (RSA)'s statistics show that only 0.7% of road accidents are caused by car defects.
This comes after a claim by Minister Jack Chambers that Applus, the company that runs the NCT should be fined for the delays in test times.
