New boss on SMMWE (Roy) one of the children of bowser that was implemented in SMM2

Thanks to the Hello mario Engine, Mario delta and the source code of smmwe 4.0.0, the boss roy was implemented I will add more in the future because I'm making ninji and I intend to put more enemies in front of me
