Favourite restaurant, The Mussel Pot, Havelock, South Island, New Zealand. Amazing local spot, with 1kgs of freshly steamed green lipped mussels in a choice of sauces (my favourite Cream, white wine, garlic, and herbs) served in a huge chefs pot with crusty dipping bread. Pair this with a local Marborough region crisp cold Sauvignon Blanc and you are in absolute heaven. If you gents love your seafood, I highly recommend you get down to NZ! Love your channel guys. ❤
Top 2 faves (for the sausage rolls): Cape To Cuba (Cape Town 🇿🇦)- overlooks Kalk Bay beach and incredible Seafood Linguine and Valpy Street Bistro (Reading 🏴) - underground intimate divine restaurant
Favourite restaurant - Huis In Southsea, Portsmouth. A little slice of Belgian heaven. Wall to ceiling beers and TopJaw dribble worthy food to match. Pork belly a signature in there.
I'd love you to do a tour of Oxford. I've lived here all my life but rarely go out to eat, I definitely need to make more of an effort to find some new favourites.
@@topjaw The Grand Cafe for breakfast. Explore the covered market as it's full of gems but don't skip Ben's Cookie's. There are three G&D's selling incredible ice cream but the one opposite Christchurch college is the best. Other places I enjoy are Gees, No.1 Ship Street and The Rickety Press. Raoul's is also great for late night cocktails.
I live in the Cotswolds and The halfway house is a new favourite! Glad to see you enjoying all the local restaurants I’m blessed to have it all on my doorstep
Favourite Restaurant for me has to be Monkey Bar in Berlin, amazing cocktails, amazing korean fried chicken! Atmosphere is very chill and a view over the Berlin Zoo that’s just next door. 🤩
Cotswolds is going to be one of those places that you go for food, but stay for views and ambience. I would say my favourite restaurant is Fotografiska in Tallinn. From farm to plate and really a all-around 3 in 1 place - you can have brunch, dinner or cocktails there.
My favorite restaurant is at the Inveroran Hotel in Bridge of Orchy, Scotland. Nadia’s food is next level, in a gorgeous highland setting. I’ve travelled from the US just to eat there again. The best food on the West Highland Way.
Favorite restaurant is The Table in Edinburgh, knocks the socks off all other restaurants in town. Immaculate vibes and even better food! Honorary mention to Reis des Praias in Ferragudo, Algarve.
Favourite Restaurant is one in the Charente region of France. We visited around 15 years ago and have never been able to find it again. It was based on a farm and was famous for what was known as Chicken in the Chimney. The food was very simple. Good roast poultry with a smokey flair. Coffee was a piece of theatre. Cold coffee was poured into a large ceramic bowl on a deep saucer. The saucer was filled with high proof cognac and set alright. That then heated the coffee perfectly. To drink, you poured the leftover booze into the coffee and sweetened to taste. Known as a brulot, it was an unforgettable end to the evening. So not high gastronomy but a great experience. And will never be repeated.
Pátio 44 Restaurant Porto, Portugal.... can't wait to get back and eat again 3/4 of the season changing menu with anybody who appreciates this side of life👌😇
Favourite restaurant at the moment has to be Kochchi in Edinburgh, started out of a horse box and have moved into a storefront in Bonnie and Wilde in Edinburgh. The only place I’ve been able to find proper Sri Lankan street food in Scotland.
Favourite restaurant has to be Sur le pouce in Marseille. Stumbled across it down a damp alley way whilst on holiday, and discovered the most amazing Moroccan restaurant. Bowls stacked high with couscous and grilled meat. So simple, so delicious, and so nice they named it twice. We went back three days in a row.
My favourite restaurant in the whole world - Tempura Naruse, in Shizuoka (Tokyo). Locally sourced seafood and vegetables, it's the pinnacle of tempura. The best of the best.
A recent favourite is Gertrude, Amsterdam! Olde worlde setting, a relaxed 5 course tasting menu full of surprises, firm fav of the locals and all round stunning dine! Jesse & Will you must go. Thanks as always for the top tier reccos!
Fave restaurant in the world is Kushi-Ya. Understated setting, incredible food in the heart of Nottingham. Came onto the scene as Jay Rayner’s restaurant of the year 2022. The Yuzu Margaritas are the bay.
I simply can't pick my favorite restaurant, but one I'm really feeling right now is Post Oak on Tennyson St in Denver, CO. Great Texas post oak smoked meats, loads of whiskey to choose from, and an amazing crew who make every visit a blast.
My favourite restaurant is probably Flatschers in Vienna - it’s a steak restaurant that does the best beef tartare; giant capers and egg yolk served in a little ramekin dish to accompany. I’ve since been to London’s Hawksmoor and can confirm that I enjoy Flatschers moreso.

Thanks#VWFinancial for sponsoring this episode and introducing us to your new EV. Outstanding tour as always from team #TopJaw. When it comes to a favourite restaurant... sometimes the atmosphere exceeds the food and that is - okay! When visiting NYC I love to go to Carmine's Italian restaurant in the theater district. The food is better than average, served family style, in a 1940's mafioso setting. It's fun comfort food and the ambiance elevates the experience. Being from Toronto I am excluded from the contest but I love every time we see a #SausageRoll up close. Thanks Will for making all of us drool.
Our office used to be in Kingham, so gutted we don't get to enjoy all these amazing places any more! Favourite restaurant is Kingham Plough, in Kingham!

Black Swan at Oldstead, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall, The Star Inn at Harome, The Oldest Sweet Shop in the World in Pateley Bridge (not to mention the best pork pies from the high street butchers).
