Wow thanks you so much for making these videos. It was great to watch all of them and has truly inspired me to make my own end to end of the track come true.
Thank you Nikki! We're always stoked to hear about someone finding their way onto the Bib - it's such an incredible experience & a fabulous community. Let us know if you have any questions
Thinking about doing 1000km solo, my late brother made it to Walpole hut while being legally blind. I hope to put a small plaque on the hut in his memory...
Your end-to-end is a great idea, Jay, and your brother must have been determined and tough! We'd love to provide some trail angel support if you do go ahead and if we are in the area at the time. Please let us know
I loved your Camino videos so now I am hooked! Excited to see a part of the world through your hike that I will likely never get to see. Thank you for sharing!
@@TheMuseumofUs not for a long while yet. Will start some overnighters in the coming months but a full end to end is a couple years off. Your vids are great inspiration and good for ideas... may have to create my own 'bombs' haha
Oh, dear friend! Can you imagine hiking together? What fun we would have. I spent some time on Cockburn St via Google maps the other day. You can go inside the backpackers, across the black & white checked floor & up the stairs
Awesome vlog thanks for sharing we met you guys on the track we were the Bibb Foundation lot you mentioned! Looking forward to seeing Mt Cuthbert Vincent and Cooke sections.
Oh Carl, it was lucky we ran into you when we did! Our grass tree game was greatly improved thanks to you. Thanks for being BT legends and for watching
@@TheMuseumofUs hi guys, I can’t claim that, like you my flora and fauna identification isn’t that great! The plaudits should be for Sue and Chris Lee, they were our guides that day and are a mountain of wildflower knowledge, I learnt heaps that day too!
Thank you 😁 I’m still using the first version of the DJI Mini, they’re up to version 4 now! But Droneathon (a friend named the drone 😂) is still flying strong. The drone itself is only 250grams but I carry 2 spare batteries and a power back and recharge on the rest days in towns. About 1kg in total, but if you want those shots you have to take the weight 🫠 I travel light so it balances out. Heaviest I got on the whole trip was 16kg including water and 7 days of food

Thank you Wendy, we're really honoured. We still long for the Camino, but have plenty of Australian adventures planned for now
I felt I was there with you, it was awesome and inspiring and entertaining
Thank you guys for sharing and great job with the filming.
Thanks Roger. It would be lovely to actually walk with you!
Loved watching! Beginning to plan my Bib hiking adventure. You two are very entertaining. Had a 'LOL' moment at the 'Maggie Orchid'...
Ha ha! Thanks. It's good to know somebody shares our silly sense of humour! When are you planning to head off?

We have so much footage! But editing is a labour of love... We get to relive it all

@@carlreid4161 Aaah, I assumed you were the guide! You were all such a friendly crew, anyway
We learned so much!
Wow great drone shots! What kind of drone did you use and how did you go keeping it charged? Was it light to carry?
Thank you 😁

Love watching your videos was wondering what date you actually left Kalamunda.
Thanks! We left Kal on Oct 9, 2020
