The end though for myself, …. the unlocking of the bear trap, and grouping together to agree not to harm anger, when anger is anger, but to forgive it, allows that release & validation for healing to greet our existence. Ultimately just reminding us to be kind to ourselves. Also like this reminded me of “Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared” too. Weirdness is pleasing.
