  • Until now our France van life adventure has been problem free. But we have to take the rough with the smooth this week as we visit some must see sights of France, whilst overcoming some odd problems.
Our day started out with a drive over the tallest bridge in the world, the Millau Viaduct. After that we should've had a straight run to Pont Du Gard, but you know how it goes. Thankfully this Roman viaduct, the best preserved and tallest surviving in the world, was very much worth a visit.
After spending the evening sightseeing we tour La Sousta Campsite and look to setoff for the next leg of our trip. But wanderbus, our converted van, throws a bit of a wobbler. You can't have it all ways we suppose, that's the highs and lows of van life. At least we had the issue in a beautiful place.
This is the fifth video in our France 2023 travel series. You can check the other videos out here: • France Summer Camperva...
Places visited in this weeks video:
    - The Millau viaduct. This is on a toll road, which is worth noting. At the tallest bridge in the world it can get windy, so sometimes HGV vehicles are routed elsewhere. So bare that in mind if you plan a visit. You can find it here: goo.gl/maps/9c...
    - Pont Du Gard is a preserved Roman aqueduct; the tallest Rome ever built and a Unesco heritage site. We visited in the evening, and as we were camped nearby didn't have to pay parking. If you visit in your car or motorhome you can park for your visit but you have to pay. Directions to Pont Du Gard: goo.gl/maps/L4...
    - Camping la Sousta was where we stayed. This is a very well equipped campsite, and probably had too much for what we are used to (sounds weird we know) but you could legitimately stay there for your whole holiday and be entertained. It is well placed for Provence and local attractions too. This is their website: uk.lasousta.com
If you have any questions, comments or just want to say hi please do. Every comment helps others and keeps us motivated as we know you are watching.
You can see the items used to build, camp and travel with on our Amazon store: www.amazon.co....
Thanks so much for watching. Take care and we will see you on the next vlog.

Ah thanks Mark. You’re too kind. Portugal does look good and we do have plans to fit air con too. Could be a good test for that.

It could very well be mate. It comes up with a mighty twang which makes us think it could either be a cylinder or the peddle itself. Oh and thanks for noticing lol
