Found ERRA through a fellow TH-cam commenter just mentioning them in passing. One of my favourite bands now.

This original song was a masterpiece in 2003, unique on that king genre.

Muse are legends of the game at this point. So cool to see bands showing love and respect to them with a cover like this. In 2 years time muse will be 30 years old!! Real og’s what a career. Sick cover.

The guy you hear doing the clean vocals Jesse, taught himself to sing with saosin’s self titled album. He has a side project called Ghost Atlas you should listen to if you like Saosin, I’m sure you’ll love it, I’d recommend Cry Wolf, Legs and Sacred Organs. And as for Erra, you just can’t go wrong :)

Pretty sure Jesse Cash (erra vocalist) is a big Saosin fan. Ive heard him mention them and Meshuggah as his big musical influences.

Jesse the clean vocalist and lead guitarist has written the best riffs and some of the solos I've ever heard. Would def recommend checking out their whole catalog They have the strongest discography in Metalcore IMO.
Also, You'll love skyline, Dementia, Shadow Autonomous and House of Glass

Everything about this cover was suprisingly good with one caveat. It might be a weird personal thing for me, but I think the low screaming/growling parts in songs like these are way overdone. The original song is about desperation, capped with "I wish I could". Typically low screaming/growling conveys anger/power/dominance which isn't the original intention of the song. Had the main vocals carried that part through to a higher, more desperate/uncontrolled scream it would have made this cover 10/10.

Wow I'm early, perfect timing with the TH-cam refresh lol. Another great reaction though, you're killing it! I highly recommend reacting to ERRA - Gungrave, my personal favorite of theirs. Muse recently released a pretty damn heavy and all-around great track with their song "Won't Stand Down,' which is also definitely worth checking out if you haven't already. Keep up the good work, cheers!

If the leads were higher in the mix, and the outro had some different patterns in the kick it would probably be better than the original to me.
Erra has become my favorite band over the last 5 years, and I love their old and new stuff.
I'd suggest picking one or two songs off each album to get a grasp of how they've changed musically, and because it's all great, and would probably be a good reaction series :)

I just cannot with this kind of guttural sound. I like the rest because it doesn't take from the original. I'm a big Muse fan and NO it's far from being as good as them. Blasphemy 😆😉
