Correction, VH and VL are VHF High and VHF Low. That board is used for the digital indicator when tuning, not for actual screen geometry. My uneducated guesses are because the service manual and tuning manual are separate books and I cannot find a copy of the tuning manual anywhere.
I recently acquired a KV 4100, do you know exactly how to adjust Vertical/Horizontal Center? As well as pincushioning? I can't find any good description of where to look, though it seems like there are no easily adjustable pots for that stuff. I would appreciate any insight you have on the matter!
I really hope it's not the one on eBay that sold for $750. You can use the vertical sync to change the height a little and horizontal center is on the top and side board I showed in the vide
