From someone who is used to have only two pairs of shoes, Raffy is a living testament na ang kahirapan ay hindi hadlang para ang isang tao ay mangarap!

The same story with my hubby. Wala din xang brief noon and iilan lang damit. My husband works as a construction worker and fisherman para maka study and mabuhay and now he is a licensed geologist. He would study in the morning for the boards and go fishing in the evening. Self review lang xa and with God’s grace he passed the boards.
Relate din po ako mam dito SA story same SA hubby ko iilan Lang po ang damit nya noon and was a bread winner of his family before Taz nag aaral SA umaga, nag work SA fastfood SA gabe. Now my hubby is a Seaman and nabibili na nya ang mga bagay na gusto nya at nabibigyan pa kmi nang MGA anak nya Ng magandang buhay. Kudos to our husbands..

Nag koliheyo ako na may 3 pantaloon, 4 na t shirt 2 polo shirt 2 sapatos ang isa ay malaki at tinutukso akong Mc Donald. Lahat na to ay bigay at pinag sawaan ng mga kamag anak and I'm grateful for that. Na tustusan ko ang sarili kung pag aaral at ngayon may pamilya at desenteng tarbaho. Laking pasasalamat ko sa poong may kapal.

Thanks Idol Raffy & Karen for this wonderful episode/interview. There were many similar situations while I was growing up (except that we were a poor family) -- seven children in the family, a strict father who used the belt to discipline us-children (male or female) & a religious mother. We love our parents--they nurtured & guided us to study and finish college by being working students. I did a similar "Raffy Tulfo abruptly deciding to stop smoking" on Oct. 03, 1993 after smoking for 27 years. And that's one of the most important decisions I've made in my life. I'm now 76 yrs.old & counting. Thank you.

Sa akin, one thing that differentiates Karen's vlog from other vlogs covering celebrities or people from high up in the industry/ politics is that she always incorporates lessons in life or what they call "take aways" either coming from the guest or from her. I can see the influence of her background as a host who asks the hard questions while making it light enough such that the viewers will enjoy the vlog.
