I had one query - I am planning to travel with my furbaby to Darjeeling this December, just wanted to know did you book the car from NJP to Gangtok before reaching NJP or did you book from NJP? What is the scene there since many cars refuse to take dogs. Will be helpful if you could help me out.

Please let me know what all documents required at parcel office & how long it take ?
It takes only 10-15mins. All you need to carry the documents mentioned to you before. They will give a form to fill with required details like (weight, place to visit and more) they charge some very minimum about according to weight and destination. A you will get a ticket to travel

Hey, this is Sohini. I'm a canine behaviour consultant. I'd like to travel by train to NJP with my dogs, one of them is physically challenged but fit and vaccinated. This is the first time we are planning for a train trip with the kids. So this video helped me a lot. But can you please give me a bit more details regarding the returning journey? Like, shall I have to do all the procedures again while returning to Sealdah from NJP? Shall I arrange again a new 'fit to travel' certificate, submit the letter to the reservation office of NJP and book the dog tickets from NJP's parcel office 2 hours prior to the returning journey? Please let me know. It'll help me a lot. Thank you in advance. Loads of love for your furkid 🤎
First of all.. it means a lot that this video helps you.. and for returning, all the documentations will be same to submit which you are carrying from kolkata.. no need to issue any other certificate from there.. and yes you need to go to the parcel office, get the tickets for dog from there. All the same documents need to submit and need to fill a form…🫶🏻

@@sohinichakiroy9220 if you are travel only two along with your dog, then you just need to send an email to the reservation team 48hours ago.. for coupe.. if you are travel 4 or more than 4, you will automatically get a cabin for 4

As per my knowledge, For dogs, north sikkim are not suitable.. as there you have to make passes to visit.. they don’t give the passes when you are traveling with dogs.. for better understand you can call the no. And consult 98323 56815
