Tool looks very precise. The sticky tape is a really bad solution however for repeated use and damage to the drawing surface. They should use very small pins instead. Would make a cool gift otherwise.
Totally agree! The downside for me was the sticky tape backing and hoping they have a better solution for this. I assume it would be fine for other tougher surfaces like wood, but for paper it's a bit too fragile for the sticky tape

Thanks for this. I think I'm better off just sticking with my compasses, protractor, French curves, despite my attraction to nicely machined gizmos.
