Yeah you can get rego on a car that's blown out the bonnet. Mate of mine has a vs commodore that got an ls3 conversion done and had it engineered with a supercharger. He drives it every few weekends..

I figured. I was thinking the same., easy to do with unwrapped headers/res/cat/whole system, especially on a 454 with a blower.

Stock standard LSA bottom end, and then lists the changes or mods. So clearly it's not stock so why say it is?
