great video bros jumper is smooth. does anyone have any tips on keeping good form/getting enough power when i step out to make a three? i feel like i always miss short from 3 but deep 2s are fine
Thanks man. Also, usually when you are coming up short from deep it’s because you aren’t shooting using your legs. Next workout, focus on your legs when you start getting deep.
One summer can change everything. You can go from being a mediocre shooter to a great shooter who is very consistent. It’s all in the quality reps. In high school I shot 1,000 threes at least 4 days a week. I continued getting tons of reps up throughout my college and pro career. Tons of reps = muscle memory. Shooting becomes second nature. So in my experience, it’s all in the reps.
@@SirDanteNathanael Well that explains you clean stroke and energy transfer lol. I'm 37 so dedicating that amount time will be tough but now I know I need to give it as much as I can. Thank you good sir for your reply and hopefully I can go from a 10% shooter to 20% this summer haha.

I don’t follow…? If you hold the ball to get into shooting position, your shooting arm is in the shape of an “L”, with your elbow to shoulder portion of your arm representing the horizontal bottom of L and your elbow to wrist as the vertical representation of the L shape. Where did you get lost?

How long would you say it takes if you're consistently practicing to become a respectable shooter?
