Nice solution! I always wanted a Neo Geo back then, but it was too expensive. So I bought the Neo Geo Arcade Stick Pro (incl. 40 games), modded it with Sanwa components, and hacked it. Now it plays a ton of games from several arcade and home systems.
@Retro-cabin I would recommend it, the ASP is not only a decent fight stick compatible with PC, PS3, Xbox etc., it's also a reliable plug and play mini console / emulation device for classic gaming (up to CPS3), and I think it's still available!
That's neat mate didn't realise it had the portable device too. Some great games on the neo geo, was always too expensive to collect for me but now it's on the switch or can be emulated well I get a chance to play some of those epic games
Nice to see that mate, I was really close to buying one of these when they came out but never did in the end. They go for strong money now. Looks a really cool device and like you said, bit like a Switch before it was invented 👍
@@retroimportgamer513 i got mine a while ago from funstock retro, when they used to do a lot of different things. They just seem to do evercade now. It is brilliant, just looked they are silly money now😂🤯.
mine is still in the box but i also was lucky enough to get the MEGA PACK VOLUME 1 along with it, keeping them mint, i think i got them for $240 on release and i am sure i made twice or maybe 3 times my money now with it and i am happy about it, i played it a couple of times and it really isn't that a good of a games system but the handheld is cool and the whole unit looks great.
@@EpicLebaneseNerd I missed on the extra game pack, and sold off one of my extra controllers which I regret😂. It’s not bad for what it is but there’s easier ways now to play Neo geo games👍😎🍺. Still glad I have it.
@@Retro-cabin no worries, it happens, as for gaming, none of my mini consoles are for gaming, that would be just dumb, they are just shelf candy and i use emulation boxes and handhelds to play classic games for cheap, with the anbernic rg35xx being my fave.
@@EpicLebaneseNerd I like using the Polymega all my games are on its hard drive and all my consoles and games are just looking nice on the shelf’s👍😎🍺. Mini console I use them a couple of times to see what there like and the they just go on my shelf😂.

@@greensun1334 I still need to get that I passed when first out because I had the Neo geo x, would you recommend? I think you can still get them.
